The room was not well maintained and not very clean, plus for several hours there was no hot water.

The location is great, check in and check out was easy, the price is good.

the bathroom had mold, and the toilet was broken with a continuously running flush. Additionally, the water pressure from the shower head was very weak.

The location was excellent, with a tram station just a 7-minute walk away, a bus stop on the corner, and a supermarket nearby.

The walls are thin, so you can hear ABSOLUTELY everything. The complementary breakfast means, coffee, cookies and white bread, you can use the fridge to store you own storebought breakfast foods. The toilet flishing system is loud and not always properly working.

The location was good, close to Vatican and public transport. The sheets and towels are clean, the bed is made up every day. The kichen is equipped with a toaster, dishes and a coffee maschine.

I have never seen such unsanitary conditions. The bath mat is covered in black mold, the glass for toothbrushes is dirty, the wall by the sink is just dirty. In addition, the refrigerator is dirty. The taps are covered with stones and do not work properly. The toilet flush button does not work. etc.

Great location. Lots of transport to any point, metro close, 15 minutes walk to the center. Quiet place away from tourists. Great restaurants.

Poor organization of public space, causing misunderstandings. Some girls from DDR accused me and my daughter of eating Nutella. Pure absurdity caused by not very well functioning kitchen rules.

Toast coffee and tea available. It's hard to talk about breakfast. This is not a problem, but it is worth knowing about it in advance.

The bathroom was in poor state. There is no breakfast - do not count with it. There were some prepacked spungecakes but is it first comes first serves. Our neigbours ate all of them before we got aby chance. I was asked three times in the row to pay city tax via paypal. Three times we agreed on cash payment. Like we never talked before.

Place is situated 10 min from metro which is perfect. The building is very nice, calm central part. There is planty options for breakfast around. There are also various options for dinners or grocery shopping. There is an air condition that works very well.

Internet connection really bad. Breakfast not like the pictures and there's a sign that says "breakfast is from us", well....I paid for it, it's not from you. They gave us 4 keys, only 1 worked. No soundproof rooms, u can hear everything and when I say everything,I mean everything. TV only 1 channel. You have to keep your cups with you in case there are no clean ones the other day. There's no sink in the kitchen, so we filled water for the kettle from the toilet sink. Kettle full of limescale. Just use some vinegar. Fix the shower

The bathroom wasn't very pleasant and the mattress of the extra bed was really uncomfortable to lay or sleep on.

While my stay had some positive aspects, a few areas could be improved. One significant concern was the inconsistent hot water supply. Unfortunately, the hot water would only last for about 3 minutes, leaving me with limited time for a shower, and afterward, there was no hot water available for continuous use. The breakfast offered could be more varied. During my stay, the options seemed limited to coffee, toast, crackers, and cookies and jam, leaving me wanting for more balanced choices.

Excellent location near public transport. Nice building. The room is cleaned daily by friendly staff.

I don’t wanna judge. I just write down what happened to me . I arrived and the system for opening the door didn’t work . So I called one of the number they sent me for emergencies . Finally I reach the room . The key of my room didn’t work properly ( I managed to open the door but not close it ) . My room was the last on the right . Beautiful and relaxing view from the window . I strongly asked for a twin room because I would go under surgery the day after and I need my space but the bed was just a double . In the bathroom the toilet was without the toilet cover , very uncomfortable to sit . I called again. A maid went and tried to help us , she was very upset.She told us the toilet lid was been broken by the previous customers, however she gave me another key that worked properly . She changed the setting of the room from double to twin bed as I asked.I had a shower and the faucet of the shower didn’t work properly . The owners told me the day after a technician wold come to fix everything . The day after (I was stuck in the bed after surgery ) a technician came with another one . They fixed the toilet lid with a small and soft toilet lid ( after 2 uses it was broken again ) . The breakfast was a table with snacks , some jams ( already opened in the fridge ) , a coffe machine and a kettle . It was open 24/24.

the position was good , very nice palace . piazza mazzini is a safe and luxury neighborhood and close to the subway lepanto to reach the center in a very short time
