A bit of noise outside of our room as we were right outside the main door that woke us up in the mornings, but not continuous.

Nothing, maybe no lift, but one story stairs is absolutely manageable. We went in the summer and maintained our windows closed. We did not have any noise issues as others mentioned.but I could see if you had the windows open noise being an issue. But honestly it is centrally located and I'd venture to say location and hospitality outweighs all of that. You are in front of a pedestrian street lined with restaurants, bars etc. A block from Piazza Navona.

The main entry door to the accommodation is not on the main road, maybe 10 meters away where the taxi dropped us. The cobblestones made it difficult to roll the luggages. The sign Navona Comfort Rooms is too small to be easily seen. I suggest to have a big sign placed on the main door itself not above the keypad. There was no holder for the bottles of shampoo, shower gel inside the shower room. we have to placed it on the floor.

Location and price . It's an all automated entry, the owner communicated very well the easy instructions via whats app. We have no problem entering our room. Very clean modern room. Bathroom shower was big The staff came in the morning for our check out, he was very friendly and accommodating.. The owner called us when the AC would not turn on, he sent staff right away to fixed it (the remote control just got mixed up), and there was no problem with the AC coz it was new and functioning well with the right remote control. There's a lot of dining options in the area.

The building was very well located, just a couple minutes away from "Piazza Navona", which meant that if you're like us that you like walking everywhere, it's the perfect spot! There are loads of restaurants, shops, bars around the area, and you would think that the room would be noisy. What a pleasure surprise we had, when we couldn't hear any noise from outside!! The room was exactly as the pictures and very, very clean, spotless I must say! The bed was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. We couldn't be happier! The staff was also very helpful, nice and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!! :)

The only negative part is the building entrance, smells so bad of garbage, it was shocking, but once inside the appartment its like another world, so maybe work on with the building syndicate to really make the entrance better

The Navona Comfort Rooms are at a great location right next to Piazza Navona and it has a lot of restaurants and Cafes nearby. For a room that is so close to the street and the piazza it has a great sound insulation. Also the staff is very polite and helpful.

Staying in navona comfort rooms was a very pleasant experience for many reasons. The amazing location, the beautiful space, the services it provides and most importantly the hospitality. I would highly recommend it as I myself would choose it again if visiting Rome in the future.

The one negative is that the water in the shower drains slowly and prone to flooding the bathroom if you’re not carful. But that really was the only negative!

The property has been newly decorated and scrupulously clean. We had a private terrace which was unexpected. It was a welcome respite from the noise of the bustling street outside. Right in the centre of everything. Surrounded by restaurants and the beautiful piazza navona. We were welcomed each morning by the man on reception - sorry I didn’t get his name - who was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property if you want to be within walking distance of everything.

Location was excellent with various lovely restaurants & Navona plaza nearby for nighttime atmosphere. The room had nice windows & suitable air conditioning. It was well sized with a high ceiling and cozy furnishing. Access to kitchen room was handy too. Bathrooms were clean & shower worked well. Customer service was easy to work with and fluent in English. The door codes were easy to use, removing the need for carrying a keycard.

Newly built. It was wonderful spacious and very comfortable. All amenities were perfect. Location was perfect. Right at the centre of the city. Special mention to Mr June who was very helpful. And also made sure to come earlier than his work time to check us out early. Would recommend this to anyone. Likely stay here when we come back.

While I had a good rest - it was extremely noisy, especially at night. I have my earplugs but for people with sensitive sleep parties in the bar nearby wouldn’t be nice. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything happening around: when new people check-in, check-out, etc. People - don’t forget earplugs when traveling here.

The rooms are really new, warm, and cozy—clean and nicely furnished. I don’t usually like apartments in Rome, but these rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. The area is amazing and close to all the main sights. The staff is really nice as well! Thanks!

The entrance of the building is not nice. Trash bins are inside. The street is noisy at night. Although the windows are sound insulated you can still hear the noise.

Only one thing, the first time we arrived, it was unclear the entrance and if there was a light between staircase, it would be amazing!

The room was clean, big, and comfortable. Bed is big and very comfortable to sleep, as well as the sofa is nice to have a relax. We had a mini table and two chairs which were amazing to have a small coffee and snacks ext. We also had a access to use nespresso machine for daily coffee. You can watch Netflix and YouTube with the TV in the room. The shower has a nice and strong water pressure and clean and good space for preparing ourselves in the morning. There were a mini fridge that allowed us to keep some foods. The location of the hotel was amazing. We had amazing risotto nearby the hotel! We arrived in the morning but there was the stuff welcoming us to help our luggage to bring up to the first floor. We met two stuffs in total but both of them were so friendly and always making sure everything is fine, amazing hospitality. I definitely loved this hotel.
