With regard to your observation about the hot water, we would like to clarify that each room is equipped with an independent water heater, reserved exclusively for the guests staying in it. Therefore, hot water is always available; however, after particularly intense or prolonged use, the water heater may require a short amount of time to recharge. Dear guest, First of all, thank you for giving 5 stars to the location — which, to be fair, we didn’t build ourselves. It’s been there for centuries, but we’re glad your GPS worked. Now, let’s get to the rest. Misleading photos? That’s odd, considering they were taken right here in the property. But we get it — some travelers expect the Taj Mahal at every turn. Next time, maybe try visiting it directly — we’re happy to drop you a pin on Google Maps. The sofa bed is uncomfortable? It’s a sofa bed. Not a spaceship. Not a spa. It doesn’t sing lullabies. It’s made for sleeping — not for defying the laws of physics and comfort. Paper-thin walls? Sorry we didn’t assign you to a nuclear bunker. But even there, we fear you might’ve still heard the sound of your own thoughts — and probably complained they were too loud. External lights too bright? If you managed to blame us for public street lighting, we bow to your creativity. No, unfortunately, we don’t control the city’s lampposts. Maybe one day, when we unlock the deluxe powers? Shower gel is refilled every single day, whether you noticed or not. Perhaps you mistook the dispenser for modern art? Breakfast not restocked? You had 24/7 access, every day. If it didn’t feed your soul, the croissants aren’t to blame. Try a hug next time (not from us, though). In any case, we’re thrilled you don’t plan to return. No hard feelings — honestly, it’s a relief. That way we can welcome guests who travel with open eyes, light hearts, and expectations rooted somewhere near reality. Dear guest, we’re glad you at least enjoyed some parts of your stay — like the location and the double bed. As for the rest, allow us to clarify a few things, even though it seems you’re the only one with these opinions. 1. Extra bed: It was a sofa bed, clearly stated in the booking. Not a royal suite, but definitely not a plank of wood as you made it sound. 2. Air conditioning: Fully adjustable with a remote. Just needed to use it. If Justino felt cold and the room was hot, perhaps it’s more of a thermal coordination issue than a technical one. 3. Windows: Old in style, yes — but they close perfectly. If you were expecting absolute silence, perhaps the mountains of Heidi would’ve been a better choice than a city center. 4. Breakfast: It’s Italian — coffee, fresh pastries, and other typical items. Your special request for cocoa in the milk isn’t exactly a national emergency, but there’s a grocery shop right below us if such cravings arise. We’re sorry reality didn’t match your expectations of a 5-star resort, but maybe next time, a lunar campsite will provide the level of sound isolation you’re after. thanks for your review just one clarification, the room overlooks some ancient pedestrian stairs accessed from the sea towards the historic center of Naples and therefore as they are stairs it cannot be accessed by car. we can't do anything about the lift in Naples, almost all of them have to be paid for.
