Bed not comfortable. pillow too soft. Basically no elevator(you need to climb 10+ narrow stairs before using the tiny elevator. Going in and out after the security went home is a hard work with a stroller: you have to crawl out a door that's 1.6 meter height. and 30 cm wide. Kitchen is not equipped well. It's not comparable to air bnb's kitchen. There's no seasoning, and lack of choices. No microwave.

The smell was unpleasant and the breakfast was poor.

No microwave facility or iron facility.

Honour is more cooperative, I am sensitive to gluten and lactose. She arranged a special breakfast for me. So, a collaborative environment.

Location is great, near to the centre and the seaside. Room 1 was big enought for 3 people to stay with a huge window. Italian sweet breakfast from 8 to 10 is a good way to start your day. Small fridge in the rooms is essential, it was useful to have it. Nice and clean rooms, they cleaned it up every day. Helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Thank you for hosting us!

Room could have been cleaner, the kitchen wasn't clean but we didn't really use it.

Breakfast was fairly basic, but good. Pastries and yoghurt.

Tedious to get luggage and baby stroller up the stairs. The elevator is narrow and also requires climbing narrow stairs.

Location is just a few minute walking distance from the sea, restaurants and city views. Parking is just around the block and at a discounted rate. Very clean, bright and spacious.

Though city tax was mentioned on description page, but wasn’t informed when checking in or outso I forgot to pay and needed to pay online later.

Room was very clean and large. It’s called b&b but it was like a hotel. Bright lightings. The room has A/C but it was already cool inside and almost no need to use even in the middle of summer! Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Good location near the sea.(far from metro but a lot of busses available)

The description says that there is a car park however this is not true as the car park is private and not included in the price of the room.

I stayed here 4 nights. Over all: Very Good. LOCATION: One block from the Bay with some breezes, quick walk to Lungomare (eve walks, restaurants), Ferry terminal, Castle. Close to local neighborhood street "Santa Lucia." ROOMS: Most rooms are updated, very clean. Historic room #6 (with painted ceiling) was large and charming but outdated decor/furniture. Bathroom has stairs. BREAKFAST: Pasties, sweet yogurt and coffee OK for a few days...then some variety is needed (cereal but no milk available, no fruit, no savory options).

Staff was not always present and sometime if we need them we had no way to contact them.

Property size was big for family. It was very clean and staff was very helpful.THe breakfast was amazing.

Not much natural light in the b&b but amazing historical building. Great for a one night stay as we were coming from the airport and travelling to Sorrento the following day. Not sure we would have wanted to stay for two plus nights as it is more a collection of rooms rather than a traditional hotel. In a great location near the sea and port but a further walk to Spaccanopoli etc

Breakfast was wonderful including home made, warm, freshly baked pastries and hot good quality coffee.
