Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I asked more shampoos and receptionist offered me more than enough. They started communicating with me as soon as we finished booking also they provide their best before arrival and after my friend went there.

United Arab EmiratesBathroom was basic, showerhead needs replacement. Towels in the bathroom seemed a bit old and overused. Breakfast was very basic, croissants, yoghurt, cakes, orange and apple, chocos & corn cereal, coffee, some packed juices. Dining room furniture was very basic, roof needs repair.
Location is good. Though it is located on a busy street, the room was sound proof. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very warm especially Alexio who is at the reception. He was very helpful. He is the best what this B&B has to offer.

United KingdomIf arriving after 5pm need a contact number so someone can let you in as reception not 24/7 & outer street door closed after about 6.... Good Breakfast but a bit cake & tart based ...... some different cereals or fruit would be nice. TV only in Italian but hey the madness of the roads outside much more entertaining.............
It is excellently located for Central station etc but possibly therefore slight downside of noisy traffic 24/7 but never kept us awake or anything. Don't be put off by outside appearance, all rooms on first floor of mixed residential traditional tenement. Modern shower etc and good sized room which was cleaned with new towels every day . Had fridge, and free safe & wifi. Happy to give us a key to leave luggage on our last day.........

United KingdomIt's cold in the room A/C didn't work properly, shower was broken, bath was small and always cold. The whole room stank of cigarettes the whole stay, room serves didn't change bed sheets, breakfast area was absolutely freezing. Water from shower was hot and cold the other minute. Would not recommend to anyone spoilt the whole stay there. There was a whole lot more, hotel was so so disappointing. I even mentioned some of these issues to front desk and they didn't seem to care one bit seemed he was aware of it all already.

United KingdomWe arrived at napoli suite in the morning and the owner told us that he made a mistake with our booking (even though it was confirmed online) and we didn't have a room. He got us a room in an hotel nearby in a dodgy area that was ok but not what we were paying for initially.
