Fantastic location, with the historic center, shopping areas and coastal road all within a 10-minute walk radius. The host, Gianfranco was very helpful and kind with everything I needed, from room necessities to information about what to visit around Napoli. Also a 3-minute walk from the closest Metro station.

The shower space is narrow for me, which is acceptable but I didn’t have a place to put toiletries.

Gianfranco was very helpful, explained the setup, cleaned our room everyday, gave coffee, helped setup our cab ride. The beds were comfy, place was cozy and quiet, and very convenient location, close to the station.

Honestly we were completely happy with Napoli Porta di Mare!!

The apartment is elegant and modern, antiques and modern furniture, classic Italian combo. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Nice antique furniture, comfortable queen bed, small but totally effective bathroom. Super clean. Great AC unit, we respectfully turned it off when we are not in room, cooled down quickly upon return. We also had a little balcony. The apartment and our room was really, really delightful to walk into after long days on the streets of Naples!! Gianfranco could not have been more helpful with tips for getting around Naples, restaurant recos, arranging an early morning taxi for us. We did not want to stay in the heart of Naples in all the confusion. We loved where we were, close to the port, about 15 minutes to the Spanish district and a 25 minute walk to the archaeological museum. About an 8 euro cab ride from the center when we were too tired. Metro stop also close. Very fair/good price. Next trip to Naples definitely booking again, no question!!!

The building is nondescript on the outside, but Gianfranco's place inside is a gem. The street below our room was noisy (its a lively city) so I would recommend ear plugs. We slept fine with these!.

Gianfranco has a charming bed and breakfast. It's uniquely decorated with art and lovely antique pieces. He is warm and helpful host, giving us lots of advice for our short stay. The building is deceptive, as externally it resembles and office building but inside the apartment is lovely. The location is close to the port and to the famous Spanish Quarter, walking distance to the gorgeous sites - churches and museums - and the wealth of colourful restaurants and bars of historic Napoli.

Smoking inside

Good location to walk some 20 mins to centro historico and around. B&B is located on office building and the owner is really nice and helpful, although he does not speak English. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Slow internet inside the bedroom but ok at the bathroom

Excellent location, close to the old city and commercial districts of Napoli(Naples). The owner, Gianfranco, though struggling in English did his best to lead us to good restaurants and city attractions (he used Google translate). He also offered us an option for breakfast that is healthy and balanced.

The host was super, super helpful and kind. The area provides lots of shops, cafes and other spots are easily reached by foot. When I will go to Naples again, I will look first if tere is free space at Napoli Porta Di Mare.

It was hard to communicate with the owner about our check in time before we arrived. His responses to Booking.com messages were minimal, and he didn't give us a WhatsApp number until after we checked in. I had to call his regular phone number, which was difficult given our traveling phone setup. He doesn't speak very much English.

We had a nice room separate from the owner's apartment. The breakfast was a good value.

The apartment was cozy and very very clean! Gianfranko supportet me a lot with the check-in and the check-out. The location was great and the neighbourhood really safe! Highly recommended!

Excellent location to see Naples. Close to public transportation and fine restaurants. Very good bed. Excellent help and support from the B&B manager. Fine breakfast, even to a couple of Americans.

The bathroom was really small and there was some problem with the toilet- it kept getting clogged (I guess) so we had to be extra careful and not throw too many paper- it gets really annoying.

The location was excellent, the host was also friendly and kind. He let us check in earlier and on our last day, he let us leave our luggage in the apartment and we could collect it later.

Location was perfect. Easy to go and walk everywhere. Room was big enough for two adults and it was clean and money worthy. Room included small balcony and it was nice to sit there and watch traffic from the fifth floor. Our host was nice and lovely and very easy to talk to him. We got morning coffee and some good tips for place to see in Napoli.

The only confusing part was finding the location of the place in the multi-story building (5th floor). Otherwise, no complaints.

Great location (central and close to port, transportation, etc.) and easy to get around. Pretty much downtown! Breakfast was great and was able to order at a time of my choosing. Host always offered a bottle of water for the day and was very friendly and helpful to make sure everything was going well on my trip.
