The shower was a bit tight for a large body but understandable given the constraints of the boutique space. The lift was quite entertaining, if a little warm!

The stylish decor and air conditioned serenity of the premises were a welcome and surprising contrast from the bustling turmoil of the Spanish Quarter. The view from the terrace was spectacular and there were some delightful touches like the biscotto all’amarena gift and card.

Staff was very communicative and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the snacks and having breakfast delivered to my room. The location is excellent with a subway station nearby that directly connects to Napoli Centrale.

This property is located in the heart of Naples with easy access to everything. It is newly updated and very clean, with a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Vesuvius. Staff were very friendly and overall a great stay.

There were a number of small issues such as the hot water failing a couple of times, a leaking coffee machine, the complicated lighting and windows/blinds being hard to figure out.

Staff went out of their way to make us welcome and help us when we needed it.

The taxi could not take us to the hotel entry as toad is too narrow so had to walk about 400 metres. Also signage was hard to see.

The location was close to the ferry and shops and restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable and clean with slippers, toiletries, tea, coffee and snacks. The best part was the upstairs terrace with views of the bay and the castle. A peaceful escape from the busy Naples streets. The apartment was on the 4th floor but there is a lift which costs 20 cents to use but the hotel gives guests a bag of coins. Breakfast was continental and was fine.

Nothing - bit of a pain on leaving day as you are on the top floor and have key for reception and the front gate; one of us had to wait by the gate, keeping it open whilst the other took keys back to reception 🤣 lucky there were 2 of us 😄

Glad I didn’t have to find this property on our own. The keys are a bit much, along with ridiculous lift arrangement.

The mattress in room #5 had a very deep dent on one side of the bed which made it difficult to sleep. Since this problem was discovered very late since I attended the opera I didn’t mention the issue to the staff. Otherwise a very pleasant experience

Very clean and quiet even thought the location is very central. Excellent staff and many thoughtful extras such as cookies. Excellent bathroom with lovely products.

I guess the cleaning staff didn’t necessarily need to wait in front of my door for me to leave my room (on time). But nonetheless, 10/10.

Great communication and fantastic hospitality due to the staff members Mary and Maria. The location is brilliant, you’re right where you want to be. The room is small but it offers everything you need. Breakfast can be consumed on the rooftop, which is stunning. Thanks a lot!

There is no view from the room, but we expect that in a loft city room

We loved many things about the accommodation - the location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, breakfast, very comfy beds, high end finish of the room & facilities - had a quiet peaceful sleep, and chilled in the sunshine on the roof terrace with amazing views! - Highly recommended!! Don't worry about the hard to find dark entrance & small lift, once you are welcomed into the hotel, and get to your room, you soon realize The Royal Boutique is a hidden gem - We had a fabulous weekend.

Breakfast were croissants and bread which was fine. Coffee and other snacks available along with yoghurt and milk. Maria was excellent at communications prior to check in and during check in. Convenient for the centre of Naples.

Could just have done with more milk for coffee in my room, but nothing that would prevent me booking again, if in Naples.
