The bed was uncomfortable and the parking is tight.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. You can bring your dog. Good choice for breakfast.

well the pool was great, but no heated, so we couldn't use it as we had planned.

Breakfast was excellent, especially for an Italian hotel. The staff was very friendly and generous. They accommodated our very late checkout without any friction or difficulty... so refreshing, courteous, and professional. They have new bikes which were a great perk, along with towels for the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer and we are considering going back again.

I've seen 3-stars hotels having better facilities and services. Toiletries- dipenser in the shower was without label - was it soap? Shampoo? All at one? And just shower caps, nothing else. Whole room felt a bit cheap, although a fair size. The view from the room was actually at the opposite hotel and a bit of sea. Breakfast wasn't labelled- no idea what I am eating. The space was also quite tight and so you had to queue. Waiting staff was very busy, they did a great job but it would help to have more staff.

Personal was really nice. The terrace on the roof gives a beautiful view on the sea, turkish bath and few gym equipments is nice touch. Location is also great, close to coffee shops, restaurants and Coop.

The only downside I'd like to mention was that the triple room was a little too small for three people. I expected to have a bit more space in a room when it is booked for three people but I found out that the small size of the rooms is usual in Italy.

This was an amazing hotel and every staff was very nice and welcoming. Hosting was absolutely fantastic. Every member of staff was very helpful, and friendly and provided all the required support as and when we needed it. Also, cleaning was outstanding and every day. We were pleasantly surprised to also have bikes for free as part of the hotel booking, which was amazing and helped us to get to the places so much quicker and for free. The food was absolutely fantastic and we had even the honour to meet their head chef. We had full board triple room booking and the hotel always was helpful if we couldn't make one of the meals. Also, at the top of the hotel is a rooftop with a spa, which is nice and very private. It was quiet too. The room was with a very good air conditioner and downstairs was a nice swimming pool to chill and relax.

There was nothing that seemed four-star about this property. The beds aren’t comfortable. The pillows aren’t comfortable (and there aren’t any extras to choose from) the shower feels like an RV shower. The AC did very little to cool the room and it is way too loud outside to be able to leave the windows open. The parking garage was the tightest that I’ve maybe ever used in my life.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and kind. The location is very central to everything that is happening in Pesaro - central to the water, restaurants, busy main drag. The breakfast was fantastic! The pool is nice - and freezing cold!

The bathrooms could be given an update, the showers were very small. Although the food was good, I’d like to have the choice of B&B, half or full board.

the underground parking was ok but a bit awkward to get in and out

the location is perfect right on the beach and close to the Historic centre, they have free bikes for the guests the breakfast was good plenty of choices, they have two jacuzzis, and the top floor terrace is just so nice overlooking the beach

The hotel is super old, I asked for a full bed so they put two single beds together without anything to hold them together so every time I move, the mattress would open. Besides the fact that the band was extremely hard. Also, the parking structure is not made for normal cars. I was barely able to fit in on the way out cleaning staff help me get out but not without making me hit my car first on the wall

upon arrival there was no electricity in the room. There was no electricity in the corridor. When going to the room, you had to use your phone. The bed mattress is lying down. Poor breakfast - boiled eggs and dessert

Floor was dirty upon arrival. There were fruit flies everywhere. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs.
