I found the sensor light a little annoying when needing to visit the bathroom in the night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Namia hotel very much. It was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but within a couple of minutes walk to all the lovely restaurants and shops Bardolini has to offer. I feel we must express our very grateful to Giorgiana who was absolutely amazing in every way. My husband and I have never known such a lovely, helpful and friendly young lady. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She was more than happy to help in anyway prior to our visit and was kind enough to organise a taxi from the airport which made our arrival seamless and stress free. I had another unfortunate problem whereby I had to visit the doctor and Giorgiana organised everything with directions immediately. We had a really wonderful stay and cannot fault Giorgiana or the hotel in anyway. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff, cleanliness and location. With our grateful thanks to all.

The bar was small and not really a chill out space.

Breakfast was quite limited but adequate for what we wanted. The daytime Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent location, clean and tidy with good bathroom utilities.

The refurbishment was tastefully done Room was good in size all with aircon Bathroom had a double shower and bed was very comfortable. I would like to highlight the two young ladies Valentina and Giorgiana on reception both always had a smile very helpful and a great asset to the hotel

Smallest fridge, and motion sensor light by door that came on in the middle of the night!

Fab location, in the heart of Bardolino. Compact hotel but very well designed with decent size rooms and bathroom. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Parking a few minutes walk away, easy to find using Google maps! Very comfy bed and pillows. Had a excellent stay.

Staff on reception were so friendly and nothing was a bother. The whole place has been recently renovated and it looks very modern and sleek. Breakfast had very good choice and the rooftop pool and hot tub were a nice surprise being right in the centre. It’s very private as it’s not overlooked and gets the sun all day.

The staff were amazing at this hotel, they could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The location was off the beaten track, quiet, and close to ferries and the main drag. Breakfast was great. Wonderful park right across the street.

The only small problem was that the hotel has no ironing board or iron available It is only a small problem but would be great if one was available

The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and had tea and coffee available in the room.Breakfast was lovely with nice coffee and plentiful supplies of fresh fruit and croissants of your choice.The pool was also very nice but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so pleasant and helpful especially the receptionist Georgiana who even came to say goodbye the night before we left

Check in was simple and the directions to the parking accommodation were easy to follow. The front desk receptionist was super lovely. Breakfast highlight was the cream filled croissant and the fresh squeezed OJ. Our room was perfect, they even acknowledged our anniversary, it was very special for us. They really are an incredible team! Fantastic location as well, great restaurants nearby.

Parking garage not directly at the hotel and 15€ per night. Bathroom not 100% clean but still ok.

the breakfast was amazing and the location couldn't be better. !!!! the location was surrounded by the best restaurants in Bardolino and everything was just good walking distance. I appreciate the staff and hotel for making my partners birthday one to remember with the balloons in the bedroom and spoiling her at breakfast. I thank you !
