Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyWhat a wonderful place to stay with a very nice host. The villa is incredibly beautiful and very quiet, located 15 minutes from the center.

United KingdomReally there was nothing. It went beyond my expectations and we had such a lovely time there. I wish we'd booked for a couple of days longer. The only thing I would say is that the bakery at the end of the street we went to charged us 5euros for two small bread rolls, so be careful not to get taken advantage of there too.
Naboo was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was finished to the highest quality and we loved the jacuzzi and solarium. It was less than a 10 minute walk to get to the Ponte Pietra and lots of lovely places to eat.

United KingdomWhat's not to like. If you want to be amongst the action then maybe a little far out of the old city, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet after a hectic day.
The check in and out were very straightforward and our host arranged our taxi to the airport. The room was light and airy and the air conditioning was not noisy at all. A comfy bed and good sized bathroom.

United KingdomThe information about the villa mentions a swimming pool and a hot tub but there is just a hot tub. The suite was perfect but could benefit from an extra waste paper basket in the lounge area of the suite.
A beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

United KingdomWe didn’t want to stay in the busier city so we booked a little further away - it was further than we originally thought. (Or this could have been the impact of 39 degree heat!) So if you don’t like walking you might need taxis to take you in and out of the main city.
We stayed on the hottest day so far - we were sooo grateful for the cold drinks in the fridge that we could access straight away and pay later. Francesco was the perfect host. He explained everything on arrival and then text it so we could refer back to things like the wifi info. Francesco always answered questions promptly. Great recommendations for food etc. and he also ordered taxis for us on our last morning - thank you so much Francesco. The rooms were a good size, shutters and air conditioning were fantastic. The hot tub and hammocks were also really great. We were a group of 6 so booked three rooms - the accommodation was ideal with a communal area. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. It felt like a very safe area and luxury for a reasonable price.

TurkeyNaboo Verona Luxury Suites exceeded expectations! The location is perfect – a short walk to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful garden. Spotlessly clean and the host was exceptional. Their responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine care (including thoughtfully parking my car due to my disability) truly made our stay outstanding. Highly recommend!

SlovakiaThis place was great. It is on very quiet street (we had windows open whole night and no disturbing noises) but still easily walkable distance to the historical center. The area around house and inside the house is very neat and clean, the room was very nice, clean and maintained. The rooms are around common area with well stocked kitchen and some sofa, chairs etc. We were able to use the yakuzi that was part of the property, no extra charge. The host Francesco was very nice, he had everything prepared and was very responsive through texts.

Francesco was a very good host indeed, I missed the opportunity to challenge him for a chess match, maybe next time! The room has the most comfortable during our trip, it is was very well maintained and organized which called me attention immediately (it’s not a regular Italian standard), not to mention the Olive Oil sample which is offered in the room, from olive trees planted around the house. There was a closet in room, very handy, with a small frigobar in the bottom. We parked the car inside the property, there are 2 spots. I wish I that more time to spend in the beautiful Verona in order to be able to enjoy the property more. Thank you!

United KingdomWe were met by the host, Francesco, upon arrival. I had messaged him to ask if we could arrive earlier than check-in time and he was fine with that, so we checked in at 11am. He showed us to our room and gave us a tour of the communal facilities, e.g. kitchen/dining/lounge and garden. Although other guests arrived later on, we felt that we had the whole place to ourselves. He sent a message with all the information that we may need and was happy to help with any questions that we had. The whole place was very clean and beautifully decorated, and we had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Free Netflix was a bonus and the Wi-Fi was superfast. There was water, soft drinks and beer in the fridge - no specific charge, just asked for a donation. Various types of tea available and Nespresso machine for coffee. We couldn't fault the accommodation, the host, or the location at all and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

IsraelIt is worth noting that they do not serve breakfast - this is not a reservation, since it was clear from the start (and is reflected in the price). In any event, there are a patisserie and a grocery store withing a couple of minutes walk, so it is easy to get everything you need for breakfast (which we did). Similarly, the rooms are not serviced daily, but there is ample supply of fresh towels, toiletries and so on in the cupboards at the communal area. In fact, there is something relaxing in having the room to yourself without any disturbance for a few days (in our case, five, as we used Verona as a base to tour the whole area). So, it is something between Airbnb and a very small hotel.
This is a lovely, tastefully renovated villa with a beautiful garden, on a quiet residential street within reasonable walking distance from Verona's main attractions, restaurants etc. It has only four guest rooms (out of which we booked two), arranged around a spacious living-dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen at the guests' disposal, as well as free supply of good espresso, tea, cookies and soft drinks. A lot of love and attention have been put into the decor - an impressive and tasteful mix of old and new. The bedrooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, with excellent shower rooms. Another nice touch is free access to Netflix and other streaming services. The garden, complete with a large open-air Jacuzzi, sun-bathing area, decked sitting area and olive trees, is lovely, and there is free parking for two cars on the premises and another two around the corner. Above all, the owner-manager, Francesco, is a great host, who was always available and provided us with all the advice and assistance we needed.

GermanyJust some minor suggestions for improvements: - a coffee table in front of the sofa in the lounge would be nice :-) - finding a way to adjust the cold air from the ACs: in the bedroom it was hard to lie in bed with the AC on given that it blows straight onto the bed. Also, the AC in the lounge was blowing air over the common table and it was very cold to sit there.
The room we stayed in is in a beautiful villa in a quiet and safe area of Verona. Ponte Pietra is quite close, about 5-10 min walk. There are 2 parking spots inside the villa's yard but the street parking is also free. There is also the option of parking in a covered garage close by. Francesco, the host, is very helpful and friendly, and lives in the villa, so he's available for any requests. The common lounge is really nice and it's very useful to have the drinks provided (cold and hot). The olive garden behind the villa is really beautiful and a real bonus. The olive oil gift we received was really tasty :-)
