The place was spotless and smelled amazing from the moment I walked in. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Highly recommend it!

There was nothing that I can think off.

It is super clean, soft linnen, and the best location to move out in the morning, come back when it is too hot outside and then go again around 18h00 to explore Firenze and go for a late dinner. Currently it is only dark after 21h00 so you eat late. This is the second time I stayed here and will go back again. I preferred the New York room I stayed in before but the twin room was more affordable and perfect for what you need. The stairs was good exercise and nothing to complain about. I am not all that fit but I managed well. The breakfast was lovely, a special cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange juice, more than enough. When I mentioned that I loved the Pistachio croissants I had there before, they were so kind to save some for me every day, thank you to the kind people running N4Y.

Awesome refreshing stay that was in the middle of everything. Host was quick to answer all questions and even stored our bags when we showed up early so we can site see without them.

No elevator so be ready to climb up the stairs with your luggage. Also, there was a bad oily smell that came up from the hardwood floor painting. We asked the manager about it right when we arrived but he said it is what it is and he couldn’t help with a fan or ventilation.

Location is amazing! Close to all the important and interesting sites in Florence in a short walking distance. Room was clean, staff were friendly and organized. The bed was comfortable, the place was secure.

The check-in machine malfunction occurred when we arrived but the host was very responsive and did his best to solve it. You need to climb a bit of the stairs to reach the hotel indeed but it’s worth it to live in an ancient building and good hotel like this.

All the staff are very friendly and professional, the housekeeper and the cleaner are both very nice and always trying to help. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful and clean. The location is also superb, in the middle of everywhere. Good view from the window.

Due to the age and construction of the building, there isn’t a lift, so we had to carry our heavy bags up 5 flights of stairs on a very hot day. If we return again, we will pack lighter. Whilst it is lovely, it is not suitable or accessible for the elderly or disabled

An absolutely stunning building. Exceptionally clean, clean comfortable bed with crisp white cotton sheets and a beautiful bathroom. Raffaele contacted me well in advance to give check in instructions and was there to greet us on arrival. A very lovely, helpful man. Very comfortable stay right in the heart of the city. Super close to both the duomo and uffizi, and about a 10-15 min walk from S.M.N station. Room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. My travel companion and I slept very well here - it’s located in a busy area but the windows were soundproof and the rooms are cool and quiet at night. Staff were very accommodating.

A couple of improvements for the room were the number of plug sockets accessible and the storage space for clothes, other than that no issues at all.

Great location, can be noisy at night but what do you expect in the middle of Florence! Two or three flights of stairs to the room, which didn't bother us, but be mindful when booking. Good variety of food at breakfast, very welcoming staff and easily contactable when required. The room had plenty of space for the two of us, cleaned every day of our stay, so overall great value for money.

If anyone takes heavy luggages， it might be a bit of work since the hotel is on the 3rd floor.

The location is super convenient—2 min walk to the Duomo and Piazza Della Signoria, with a supermarket 1 min away. Traffic is quiet at night. Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also pretty good. Staff are helpful and allows storage of luggage’s for earlier checkin or late air flights.

The rooms are on the top floor of the building so the fact that there are no stairs makes it a little difficult to get up with luggage to the rooms. The shower is clean and good but a little uncomfortable to use but not abnormally so.

Excellent location within walking distance of every site in the city, nice and courteous staff and pleasant and relaxed hospitality.
