The location was great. And the place very comfortable, perfect for a long stay.

I booked a 2 room apartment and only one bed was set up… the girl from the staff was in a bad attitude and suggested that I should use only one bed (I travelled with my best friend and the reason why we picked a 2 bedroom was to stay comfortable) also she told me check out was at 10 but in the description was listed 11. No water in the room either.

Breakfast was good,all that you need🙂Roman was excellent. He served us well.very talkative and friendly person😊

Great location with nice clean rooms and very friendly staff, can easily walk to few tourist attractions from this hotel.

Location was close to attractions.

1. Room smelled of smoke 2. Mold on walls 3. Was not as advertised. All rooms on website are new. I was out in an old molding apartment. 4. No window in the room 5. Room was a storage unit of cleaning and room products 6. Room was clearly a staff accommodation that was free and used for extra money. 7. Staff was unresponsive when asked why the apartment is not shown on the website.

Room was very modern, large smart tv in the room. Good facilities in the room, hairdyer, coffee pod machine etc. The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious, perfect for two people. Amazing location, very easy to get to the main attractions of the City. Staff were very nice and helpful! Great little bar right beside the hotel and a seating area outside.

The rooftop bar is really nice but it was closed the majority of our stay, we only got to experience it on our last day which wasn't for very long which was a shame as its a beautiful space and the bartender was amazing!

The room was amazing, the breakfast on the roof was great and also the guy working there had such a great vibe! I asked for a surprise package and it exceeded my expectations with a flower bouquet, wine and chocolate

Fantastic location with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts were fabulous and the rooftop eating space was a special way to start the morning. The rooms were spacious and clean, the cleaning service was very thorough and made us feel at ease after a long day in the Roman sun. They booked us a taxi for the way back and had 24/7 reception which made things easy.

Nothing major! Didn’t have irons in the room but easily got one by asking the front desk.

The location is both a blessing and a curse. You are close to so many of the main tourist attractions but it comes at a price. Breakfast was exceptional and the man in charge of breakfast was friendly and engaging

We had a very poor nights sleep. In the middle of the night and in the early hours of the morning there was a very loud party and it woke us and we struggled to fall back asleep. Maybe this hotel caters for a younger party crowd?
