One note: we had difficulty finding the place. The address on Booking led us to the wrong location, and when we asked locals, no one recognized the name. Eventually, with some luck, we found it — the actual name is completely different: 'International Camping'. It's important to know this in advance, or it should be corrected on the platform.

"The place is charming, the cabin is pleasant and very functional. It has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation on Lake Lugano. The lake itself is stunningly beautiful. We had a great time and would be happy to return soon

Property is very nice some more amps on the electricity would be nice though. The camping itself needs some attention to say the least 😎

Nice house with all the little things to make for a nice stay including coffee cups, bags etc

The house all in all was OK but very simply designed with cheap looking furnitures which was a bit disappointing, as we found the price for 4 nights quiet high in a camping. I know there is a world crisis and prices went rocket high, but this was not a hotel but a bungalow yet we still paid the price of a hotel room and it was not as luxurious as it would have been in a hotel. Also it was not much privacy as the bungalows were very close to one another and the house had a bit of cracking noise which always woke us up in the morning. The noise sounded like "little animals walking on the roof"?! We tried to guess where the noise come from, maybe because of the closeness of the neighbours, the house echoed their every steps as they were walking around in their own bungalows???! Because during the nights, the house was quiet, that is why we thought that the "morning cracking" must be because of the closeness of the wooden houses resonating each other. Don't know the real cause, just guessing. Maybe because it is made of wood? Anyway, it has a cracking noise in the mornings. Also there is no direct parking with this house, but it has its own parking place close to the entrance/ reception of the camping, in a big shared parking area. If it was closer it would be more convenient for packing and unloading.

The location was fantastic!!! The little wooden house was very close to the free beach area and it had its built-in modern bathroom which was convenient. The 2 bedrooms were tiny along with the living room, so for 4 people this house would have been too small with luggages. For the 2 of us only, it was OK, we used one bedroom for sleeping and the other bedroom for extra storage for our luggages etc. For us it was a comfortable little place for a short stay with a furnished terrace as well. The bed was also very comfortable so that is also a plus. There is air conditioner as well which came handy in the hot weather during the day, but in the night we did not need to use it, once the house cooled down, we could turn the air conditioner off when we went to sleep which was great. The kitchen was OK but there was no oven which was weird but there was possibility for barbecue outside so we did that. There is a nearby supermarket too in short walking distance where one can buy anything if needed. Also the house consisted 2 beach chairs and 2 relaxing folding chairs and we loved these a lot! :)

50 euro charges for providing sheets, towels and pillows were not known before booking. Also had to make sure we cleaned before we left as another 40 euro charge if not clean enough. For 150 euro a day off season you'd expect these provided. I chose this hotel for the pool but it was closed when we arrived at end of May, this should have been better advertised as that was the only reason I chose this camping over others. Everything needs maintenance, the playground was very old and half the things were mothballed with wires or springs coming out. Mini market was 50% empty, very few choices for breakfast, food and drinks.

Good location next to the lake and close to Lugano and Como. Restaurant food and staff were great. Superior Bungalow is exactly as advertised, we really liked both the inside and outside. Parking was next to the bungalow, plenty of space.

We stayed here two nights while traveling through the area, unfortunately the campsite is a bit on the dated side, cabins seem to be mostly owner occupied. The pool didn’t open when there was the slightest threat of rain and what we were not expecting after staying in numerous campsites in the past was a charge to use the sunloungers at the poolside.

We couldn’t fault the cabin, air conditioning was excellent, the location is beautiful right at the northern shore of lake Laguno, the kids enjoyed the water slides. The campsite is clean.

No sheets. Had to bring sheets or pay for them, but Why? Also, the prices for sheets and towels were different on their website, booking.com, and at their office. Recycling bags not provided. Black bags were prohibited but that was what was in ours. Note stated the bags could be purchased at the store, only staying two nights did not need the large bundle they had to purchase. The pool closes way to early. There is light till past 2100, why not 2000 close the pool. It is a family fun camp area.

Check-in and Check-out simple, and fast. Very kind and helpful. The Restaurant was awesome, Thank You! Our little cabin / home was clean and cute. Every employee we encountered was kind and helpful. Thanks So Much!

Chalets are placed to each other very closely so the car has to be parked away, but still accessibly to unload the car. Unfortunately the weather was something that couldn't be ordered by lovely staff :))

Beautiful location near Lugano Lake, Camping is very nice, however packed with many chalets very close to each other. Extra bonus points for playground and outdoor swimming pool with area for children, were they could play safely. Our chalet was small but had everything we needed and had lovely terrace, were we could spend time relaxing.

The campsite however is to my opinion not a 3 star camping. Old and lagging maintenance and cleaning. Beach is not clean at all and the campsite could use some cleaning here and there.

The cabins we had were super. Almost new and clean and very close to the lake. Complete and as you may expect.

The camp is old and most of the facilities need maintenance and upgrades. The sheets and the beds of the room are not provided although the high price per night which is comparable to 4 star hotels. The life jacket of my children was taken probably by the pool staff. We forgot it the evening, the pool was closed/locked but we could see it from the restaurant among other forgotten things that were placed in one corner. We couldn’t enter to take it though. Next morning we entered first in the pool when only 3-4 people from the pool crew were there but the life jacket was missing. The other things (t-shirts, towels) were there.

The location is good to enjoy the lakes. there are many families with children in the camp. if you are with the family the kids can find friends and play together. The restaurant had good food and good prices.

The accommodation is much more basic than you would expect based on the description. The “bungalow” is actually a mobile home, “mountain views” are blocked by the next mobile home, and the value of a “private entrance” on a campsite without privacy is beyond me. The campsite is extremely cramped and is in desperate need of maintenance on the general facilities. Overall bad vibes. At these prices, best to stay away.

The location next to Lake Lugano is theoretically amazing. Unfortunately, the overall situation prevents real enjoyment of the location.

It’s a nice and cosey small space but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to make the most of it as we were left a broken travel cot for my 9 month old meaning he had of sleep in the big bed with my wife and fell off in the night. I also had to sleep in the bunk bed with no linen as we weren’t expecting to use it and hadn’t paid for linen for that bed. But that was the least of my problems. The fridge freezer also did not work. And to top it off, when I politely asked that someone come out to replace the cot for my son, the person that responded was very rude.

Waking up so close to the lake was very lovely and the on-site restaurant was nice

This location was a complete surprise. I needed something close to the Swiss border and I wanted to be able to walk around town. And hike nearby. At first I was surprised to see that our room was actually a mobile home in a very active mobile park. It was great. The very helpful staff answered any questions and anticipated my needs. The space was private and quiet. With a view of the mountains. I loved the big deck for lounging. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We were close to the lake front. And there is a bar, cafe and restaurant on the property. Walking distance to the old town and groceries. I can't wait to return to this quiet lakeside town.

There was a hole in the floor in the main room, We complained, they ignored, There was nowhere near enough crockery or utensils. The main room was dirty, dusty with previous guests stuff around. The electricity shut off one evening for a couple of hours. The shared communal shower block has lights shorting out and falling off the wall. its shabby. We moved here from a place in Chatel, France, who quite frankly did it much much better, for less cost.

The location next to the lake is great.
