The apartment was clean and bright. Magda was very accommodating with my sister and I when we needed to leave our bags for the day after check out. Access to (shared) washing machine or small kitchen would have been even better. Verona is lovely - we recommend La Tradision for drinks, Caffe Monte Baldo for a posh dinner and QB gelato (try the wild blueberry, salted pistachio and the amarena flavours).

I was worried about access to the apartment if my phone battery died or was lost. It seemed by phone was the only way to access. There were a lot of small indicator lights in the room - TV, air con, fire alarm, mirror. These were quite annoying when sleeping. Maybe it is possible to cover or tape these?

Great position. Big room with lots of light. Modern clean bathroom.

Magda was the perfect host, very friendly and communicative. Location could not have been better, very short walk to the town (including bus stops) and also within walking distance of the train station. The system for entering the property was brilliant, all done by mobile phone. We would 100% recommend this property/host.

A beautiful and clean apartment right at the entrance to the old town, in a great location. Excellent communication with the owner, Magda. When I come to Verona again, I’ll make an effort to stay in this apartment once more.

Everything was great, place was beautiful, location great as well. Smart locking of the doors in the building. The host was incredibly friendly and always available. Coffee, sweets, pastries, full room equipment. Great, if anytime returning back to Verona, only here. Thank you!

Very convenient location - the appartements are located in city center, just a couple minutes of walk from Arena, close to restaurants and shops. The appartements are clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is friendly and supportive.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Air conditioned, clean, lots of snacks and everything you could need. The host was unbelievably wonderful! Got in early, stored our bags for the day as we left. Communicated great with us.

Excellent location since it was close to the historical centre. It was also walking distance from the Verona Porta Nuova train station. We walked to and from the station with our luggage. The apartment was clean, spacious, and contained all the necessary amenities we required. It was very easy to check-in and check- out with the smartphone without using keys. Rather innovative! Our host was informative and ensured we had everything we needed.

No complaints about cleanliness and amenities. We had a coffee machine and two capsules, a refrigerator with two bottles of water, a few small packages of dry snacks. The cleanliness is on point, towels are available, shampoo. Neat furnishings. TV and online program. Everything is as in the photo and in the description. Everything in the apartment is tidy and this helped to make our stay in the city worry-free. Thank you! *A big plus is that there is a large Aldi grocery store 2 minutes from the hotel and if you want to continue the evening with a bottle of wine or Italian cheese and candies - the prices are great in this store. ;)

These are not remarks or complaints, I'm just sharing a few things as feedback. To enter the building (there is no person to greet you) you have to register online, take a photo of your passport and data, and then you get a link to access via a phone to control the doors. Entry and exit for the outer door of the building, as well as for the apartment itself and the room, is done via your mobile phone. This was unexpected because the code from Booking does not work, but there is another 3-digit code to control the doors online. But in practice, if you have a phone, internet and battery, everything works. You have to pay the tourist tax upon departure - 7 euros for two, but if you don't have cash to leave, you can pay with a link that will be sent. Communication is fast via WhatsApp.

EXCELLENT LOCATION - CITY CENTRE

Everything was perfect.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with balcony on inner courtyard. Has elevator access. Perfect location near the arena and other attractions.

Some difficulty pre-registering for online keyless entry system. Never saw host or other guests.

I loved everything about My Place, it was the most comfortable accommodation of my 4 week holiday so far. The supplies and snacks were wonderful and appreciated, the bedroom was sosoooo comfortable, the bathroom a great size and modern and clean. The location of the apartment was sensational, being right beside the Arena, the Hop on and Off Bus and the main Piazza Bra.

Location of the property was great but apartment was smaller than expected and instead of two beds we had one bed in the room. Coffee machine was not working properly either. But overall due to its location we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great location to enjoy the opera. I was impressed that they provided cushions that I could take with me to the opera.

On the evening of my arrival, some of my family members were taking a shower when the pipes clogged and overflowed into the entire bathroom. I contacted my hosts, who advised me not to use the shower and toilet as the entire bathroom plumbing was affected. On a hot summer day, adults were unable to shower, use the toilet, or flush. To make matters worse, the host made it sound like we were at fault for the clogged pipes. We checked out early the next morning, and when the plumber arrived afterwards, he found a large amount of wet wipes coming out of the pipes. We didn't put them there. We requested a refund from Booking.com and the property, but no action was taken. The plumbing at this property was weak, and the host was already aware of the problem. The instructions in the bathroom emphasize that guests should only flush toilet paper down the toilet and not any other waste. I was very disappointed with the host's statement that the problem was not his fault and the subsequent lack of follow-up. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a stay in Europe.

Great solution close to the city center. Small surface but comfortable. Good electronic door system allowing you to go around without carrying keys.

Not enough towels, despite having asked the staff and not getting any extra. Good door system but wondering if it’s safe, it gives the impression to get hacked very easily. We got wrong information about city taxes to pay in the room, luckily we checked the email booking confirmation.
