Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe location offers amazing views, but it’s not ideal if you’re only on foot: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the main train station, which can be tiring in the heat. Also, driving up the narrow roads can be tricky if you’re not used to local traffic. This is really just nitpicking, but one of the mirrors wasn’t perfectly clean – nothing that bothered us at all.
The apartment was stylishly furnished and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. The garden was a true highlight – full of orange and lemon trees providing natural shade, with loungers and tables perfect for relaxing or dining outside. We had the pool almost entirely to ourselves and felt like we were in paradise. The views of the sea, mountains, and pool were absolutely breathtaking. The location was quiet and ideal for unwinding after busy day trips to places like Pompeii, Sorrento, Meta, Amalfi, and Portofino.

BelgiumIf I needed to find one point which could be improved I would say the beds they could be a little bit more comfortable, the beds & sofa beds but all in all they were good!
Beautiful place, settled on a small hill overlooking the Amalfitan coast the property has everything to offer, the terrace to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, the garden with lemons, the views over the hills on the left side & above all very nice guests always there to help and give good advices, Luisa & Francesca have been there for us throughout our journey there, we will surely come back! Thanks for everything! I forgot to mention we were located at 20-30 minutes from Positano & 15 minutes from Sorrento so the location is really good

GermanyThe establishment is very well located in the heart of nature. It is a strategic position for visiting the Amalfi Coast, provided you have a car. The garden is paradisiacal, filled with lemon and orange trees. We took advantage of this to make delicious fresh lemon juice every day. Raffael is a very kind and accommodating host, always ready to meet your needs.

AustraliaIt’s a big walk from the Meta train station especially with suitcases and you have to go on the main roads. Even though Meta doesn’t look far from Sorrento it is probably worth paying extra and staying closer if that’s where you want to be. Public buses are not frequent neither are taxis. Taxis cost about $50-80 euro for a 15-20 minute drive. Really hard to get around and site see into Sorrento and surrounding towns. Would recommend getting a car or scooter.
The property was beautiful, clean and super spacious. Raffaele the host always checked in on us. Great spot if you were planning to stay more than three days and wanted down time to relax on the property. It felt very safe because it was gated and the gardens were beautiful .

United StatesThe location was a little farther than we expected from the town center. There is a bus stop in front of the property but after waiting for over 30 minutes no bus arrived; so we had to walk 45 minutes to the waterfront.
This is a beautiful location and the host, Raffaele, has done an amazing job landscaping the grounds and was very accommodating during our stay.

United KingdomAll good basically. Perhaps that the general location requires a car, and the wider region has traffic issues, even pre peak-season (this isn't, of course, the property's fault). That said, the property's fair pricing, helpful and friendly owners, and the lovely immediate setting all make up for that.
Very nice apartment, set in a lovely garden with oranges and lemons we were allowed to pick to make juice from. There's also a lovely pool. Spectacular sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Very friendly and helpful owners. Fairly priced as well.

The place is too beautiful and relaxing. The suite is spacious and has all the amenities. You can cook your food , relax in garden and your private breakouts. Outdoor BBQ is available. Fresh oranges and lemons available in garden. Unfortunately pool was not ready when we stayed, but pool is good in the open garden. Mr.Raffaele is the nicest person always ready to help you and answering your needs at all times. He picked us up from station to accommodation. Few Beaches are 2kms away from here, buses are available to beaches but the frequency is a bit low. We booked for 3 nights and extended for one more day just for peaceful time. It’s much better if you have your vehicle. We comfortably went to capri, Positano , Amalfi coast and Sorrento during our stay. You can watch Beautiful sunsets over the sea from the open garden. Awesome place to stay with family and kids.

BulgariaThe kitchenette was really really small and the fridge was almost unusable (especially if you cook something and would like to store it for a later meal). A piece of advice to the owner - a few hooks around the kitchen sink would be helpful to hang some towels. We found that there was nothing to clean up with and no place for a hand towel after you've washed the dishes for example. But those are really small gripes and overall the place is great!
Great garden with ripe oranges and lemons. The pool was closed because we stayed in early May and the weather was still a bit cold. The house is very neat and nice. As others have already noted - you can park your car on the street down below.

HungaryWe enjoyed it thoroughly, I couldn't pick anything that we didn't like.
This is a really sweet little flat with a cute terrace in a bigger house. We felt comfortable, and the place was perfect to get home to after a busy day exploring. Luisa, our host was very accommodating and lovely: she helped in every situation, and it was very easy to keep in touch via Whatsapp.

SwedenThe fridge could be a little bigger. The fruit is so good in Italy that we wanted to have a lot of cold fruit in the fridge. :)
We really enjoyed the apartment! Our host, Luisa, is extremely nice and was very helpful and available to answer our questions and to give us suggestions about the area. The apartment is part of an old building which was completely renovated. Extremely charming and cozy. The apartment is very comfortable and well decorated, with an outdoor private area. There is also a big garden with lemon trees and other plants, and a swimming pool that we enjoyed at the end of the afternoon. We ended up not using it, but there was also a washing machine, which is very convenient. At the apartment there was bread, eggs, toast, jam, cheese, ham, juice, milk, yogurts of different flavours, tea, coffee, etc that we used for our breakfasts. Luisa was very kind to offer us a small bottle of Limoncello to taste in the evening, made by her. During our staying we did car daily trips to Amalfi coast and to Sorrento coast, as well as to Pompei, so, a convenient location.

AustriaNo dishwasher to be considered if you plan to cook! Variety of the breakfast is limited and you can hear the noise of people in the next flat since the walls are thin.
The flat is nicely decorated and very clean. We spent really nice time in the garden and swimming pool. The location is good to visit amalfi coast, you have to shop before check-in since market is not very close. Luisa was very helpful to solve any issues.

DenmarkBreakfast included was a bit exaggerated- we were hoping to relax at the end of the holiday and not do much, but found that breakfast included was ingredients in the fridge for us to cook ourselves. The lock on the door was broken meaning the door was always open and the owner was hesitant to fix it - we had to threaten to leave for her to fix this.
