How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

While taking shower, the hot water suddenly cut off, which was quite challenging for me because even during the summer, I cannot take a cold shower :( While checking out early in the morning around 7, there was nobody in the hotel. I had to leave the keys on the desk to catch my flight, but I felt a bit unsafe if the hotel was left unattended like that.
It was quite close to metro station, just 5-10 min walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean with spotless bed linens and bathroom, which was very important to me. The two ladies I encountered during the check-in were quite nice and helpful :) They were always checking whether everything is okay or not.

Location good with amenities near, hotel a little difficult to find as its off the street and not signposted.

I would definetly recommend this hotel for short staying in Milano! a warm welcome from host, quick check-in, hard-working housekeeping. Breakfast included (yougurt, brioches, fresh coffee, some fruits). The room is clean, freshly painted, you have everything you need, comfy bed. Location is fine, not noisy, close to public transport, approx 20 min to the centre.

The room was too hot for me, needed a,c, or a fan at least. It was August, though, to be fair, so I realised it would be fine when the weather cools down, it was just an exceptionally hot weekend while I was there.
The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, a short walk from Wagner metro station. I found the location very pleasant. Although the staff we're a bit limited English speaking wise, they we're exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made me very welcome indeed.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was very poor. And I would definitely renovate the bathroom changing the shower cabin. It was quite old.
Polite and friendly staff, who is always ready to help. The room was quite clean. Special thanks to the maid Nino and the manager Milena. The location was amazing, the block was safe and beautiful, 10 min walk to reach to the nearby metro station " De Angeli".

No one speaks English which was very difficult to communicate. And there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage by yourself since there’s no one to help you.
They serve breakfast.

No vegan options at the breakfast. You need Italian to communicate. The bathrooms are a bit old and rusty.

It was noisy in evening until midnight.i think it was external noise from nearby flats. Breakfast was rather late for me at 8 and was rather limitecd to croissants and apples
It was only 10 minutes walk from underground.i had my own keys so able to go and come back when i wanted.staff were very welcoming, helpful and relaxed.Room was very clean.

The staff are very friendly! Even walk out and show us the way when we ask her about some destination. Haha. It is too bad I forgot to tell them I will leave super early and dint say my thanks n goodbye to them. 😅 Anyway thanks from here !

Hotel is very nice, just 5-7 minutes walk from metro. Room very, very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff kind and friendly. Highly recomended❤️
