Just a little bit of feedback. The first day we arrived the room smelled like a strong cleaning products. But at least we know the room is clean! :)

What a wonderful stay, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but I was surprised how good it was. Great location near the subway, nice neighborhood with good restaurants and shops. Everything you want in a stay + daily cleaning! So amazing!

The apartment has a good location- to a very close distance( 6-7 minutes walking) to Milano Central Station. The building has doorman and access code for entrance. Next to the building there are a Carrefour supermarket and nice pizzeria. The room is just as in the pictures - modern and very clean. I was pleasant surprised that every day, during our stay the room was cleaned and the towels changed with new ones. I recommend this place for stay in Milano and for sure will come back again.

The soundproofing was not that good, especially the door that separated our room from the hallway. We were woken up by others that checked in to their rooms very late in the night and were dragging their luggage around. We could also hear every time that exterior door was opened by others. Perhaps a better fitted door for the separate rooms or some sort of noise isolation around it can fix the issue.

In addition to being close to the train station, it is also very close to the tram and metro. Transportation to everywhere is easily accessible. The staff are very understanding and friendly. They are always reachable whenever you need. The room is new and very clean. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

The next day after we arrived we took a shower and the water was not draining well. I had to clean its filter for all the water to drain properly. Also we had a coffee machine but no coffee pods but that’s not a big issue as we went out for breakfast.

Such an aesthetic vibe, very modern, nice and clean. The property is in a convenient location where we have easy access to the shops, public transport, pharmacy and cafeterias. I loved it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed at MyMilano for three nights and everything was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and everything — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — was modern and stylish. Everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day while we were out. When we returned, the room was spotless, the towels had been changed, and everything was perfectly in order. Any small issues we had were quickly and kindly taken care of by the staff. Their service was fast and professional. Honestly, we have only good things to say — nothing but gratitude! If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not very close to the tourist sites, but the metro gets you there very quickly.

The place is really great and right next to the Centrale train station. There's a gluten-free bakery nearby, buses and metro that will take you to all the tourist spots in Milano. The room was new, clean and even had a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. What a nice surprise! It was easy to find. Felt secure and the building it's in is well maintained with a doorman. Frederico was attentive, proactive and even let me check in early. The bed and linen were great, even if the bed is a little soft. Very, very clean. Simple and elegant. A great room for a few nights in the city.

Being woken by very loud staff at 9am having had very little sleep the previous night. Why, when check out is at 11 am, and checking in is at 2pm, are staff cleaning, vacuuming and throwing bags of bedding around the entrance area when people may still be sleeping?

I recently stayed at a hotel near Milan Central Station and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite its convenient location for travelers, the negatives far outweighed this single positive aspect. Pros: • Location: The hotel is situated just a short walk from Milan Central Station, making it convenient for those traveling by train. Cons: • Unpleasant Odor: Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a foul smell that persisted throughout my stay. • Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was hard and uncomfortable, leading to restless nights. • Poor Customer Service: The staff was unresponsive and difficult to communicate with, especially when addressing concerns about the room’s condition. • Late-Night Arrivals: For those arriving late at night, be prepared for a headache, as the check-in process is disorganized and time-consuming. While the proximity to the station is a plus, there are multiple other accommodations in the area that likely offer a better experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.
