Parking is a bit tricky. but there's a free area jsut 30 metres from the building, where the only challenge is to find an empty place.

The flat is extremely big and with all needs you may require. We stayed only one night, but I wish it would have been longer. Good position and really close to see the sassi houses. beautiful balcony. great host. I stayed there with my mum and it was really comfortable.

Not one thing. Everything was perfect

Ohh my, there was not one thing we did not like about this property! It was excellent.. beyond words. It was well positioned very very clean, great bed, beautiful linen. We were very well catered for in every aspect. And our host …. Was absolutely adorable. Josie. She helped us with so many predicaments. We are forever grateful to this beautiful lady ! I would highly recommend this property

1. Really friendly and nice owner. She is contacting in advance and caring very well. And also really surprised that she prepare for our wedding anniversary with nice gift. We are so impressed. 2. Apartment Super spacious and clean with air conditioners kitchen etc also washing machine we need and it was very useful for us. 3.location Since my family wants to be in a quiet area we chose this place and it was very good quiet resident area with very modern apartment with big balcony but only 10 to 15min walk to main attractions of matera old town and also many free parking places which was problem in other cities in Italy we visited. Also there are many restaurants nearby and also supermarket is 2min walking from apartment so convenient and we visited 2times for grocery. Highly recommend you want to visit Matera but more quiet area with good facilities.

It’s spacious, clean and comfortable within walking distance to the city centre. The host is very nice and allowed us place the luggage in the apartment before check in time. She herself did the cleaning thoroughly. The apartment is well equipped and allows us place the utensils are in good quality.

Beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you need. Immaculately clean. Lovely responsive host. We found a free park right next door. Walking distance from the centre and the Sassi districts. Very comfortable bed. One of the best apartments we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Very nice modern apartment, everything you expect is there. Beds comfortable for a good night sleep. Host very nice and helpful. Free parking anywhere on the street and had no problem finding a spot. There is also market very close by.

Really nice apartment just a few minutes from the center of Matera, which is great for walking around the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was simple, and the host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is peaceful, and having parking nearby was a big plus. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

We liked everything

We liked everything! If I could give more than 10 , I certainly would. Giusy is the nicest hostess we have met. She is kind and caring and thinks of anything possible. The apartment is amazing. The location is the best to get to the old town without the need to stay there. There is free and available street parking. The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean and shining and fully equipped with everything that comes to mind. I don't have enough superlatives so I will say only that- if you are going to Matera this is your place to stay. Thank you Giusy.

Everything was perfect!

This apartment exceeded all of our expectations - it's even better than the pictures! Very spacious and extremely clean. Everything you need is already waiting for you in the apartment. The location is ideal - short, pleasant walk to the center. The host is very kind and available for anything you need. We would definitely stay at that place again!

Everything was wonderful! Fully furnished, brand new apartment, great interior, with everything you need! There was a free coffee for brekfast 😄 It is VERY clean, cosy and very close (5 min walk) to Sasso Barisano and Sasso Caveoso! Right next to Bus and Train station! Highly reccomend! The hostess is very kind and helpful, she was waiting to accomodate us (even thought we were a bit late). We could not have a cosier house. Location, host, comfort - TOP Level! FREE parking right in Front of the building!

No dissatisfaction, really

The location is very good, very close to the ancient city, convenient parking, free parking spaces downstairs, everything is within walking distance. The room is quiet and clean, really huge, providing everything you need for life.

We only stayed for one night, it's a pity it wasn't longer. Apartment close to Sassi di Matera/ 10 min. on foot. Beautiful view from the large balcony. The apartment is modern, new, equipped with everything, it has more than what you need. Great contact with the owner of My Home. I RECOMMEND !!
