Fabulous hotel in Florence that suited us very well as a family. We made use of the spa and booked the rooftop jacuzzi experience which was incredible!

Great rooms off the courtyard in the basement but had lovely vaulted ceilings and their own patio area. Super roof top terrace where we had a glass of Prosecco watching the sunset. 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. Lovely indoor pool!

Id only say for 12 euros per adult and 8 euros per child, the breakfast was quite expensive for what you get and can choose from.

Hotel is just outside of ZTL and has parking available to park the car, cost of the parking per day is 25euro which is reasonable given it's in the city. The room is clean and well maintained. Hotel also has the water fountain to fill still or sparkling water, this is very nice. Breakfast has good selection and staff very nice. We are very happy with the stay.

Our Room was downstairs. No elevator and we had to carry the luggage down and up the stairway.

I would have liked more coat hangers in the room, but at least they were proper hangers. I also think it would have been nice to have something making it clear our terrace was private, as others did use it several times over our 5 night stay, only one of these occasions was when we actually wanted to use it. The reception staff asked them politely to move, without any fuss. Would have liked a bar, but there were plenty of places near by.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a cute private terrace which was lovely to sit in with a glass of wine in the evening, it was down some stairs from the ground floor court yard and had jasmine creeping all around the fencing which made it feel private and secluded. The pool was in a lovely area with soft lighting and felt very calm and soothing. The changing room was well laid out with a shower and dressing area, so no wet clothes! I had a massage whilst there, it was excellent value for money and the most relaxing I have had. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, fruit, cereal, cakes, pastries, cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon and even a couple of hot choices, scrambled egg and sausage. I could not fault the staff, they were all friendly and very helpful.

Room was good size and next to the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good. We loved the pool, steam and sauna. It was a pleasant stay.

I am very sensitive to noise, so maybe this is subjective.. I could hear a bit the traffic coming from the main street even if my room was facing the courtyard. When I slept in another room, facing on a smaller street it was super quite.

I loved the position of the hotel, the option of a room with a little kitchen and in case the common laundry room on the floor of the spa, the staff was so kind and professional, the breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable, clean and easy to access with the elevator (which in Florence can be a luxury). Didn't have the time to try the spa, yet I love to have that option inside the hotel. Plus, I love how the hotel is sensitive to reduce the garbage waste. Therefore, having the opportunity to refill my water bottle with filtered water (still or sparkling) 24/7 it's was quite a nice touch.

Door lock (physical lock and key) to the unit was broken. It was a struggle getting into the room. Also, the gym was outside. Equipped got weathered being exposed to the elements- not great.

Superb 2 night stay. Hotel within easy walking distance of all the main landmarks in Florence. Spacious, bright and comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning with a range of hot and cold items. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the two ladies serving at breakfast and Sandy on the front desk who gave us great recommendations for dinner. The spa was a real bonus and we made use of the pool and saunas. Finally, the terrace on top of the hotel provides incredible views across the city.

Good location within walking distance of the old town, Duomo, Uffizi gallery, Ponte Vecchio etc. Lovely spa pool, plus rooftop hot tub and secure underground parking with in Florence was a definite plus. We had a lovely large room in the original part of the building with a lovely classical decorated high ceiling, can’t comment on rooms in newer section but I’ve no doubt they were of similar quality.

The hotel provided a warm welcome - the staff were always very helpful. Our room was modern, nice and clean. The little details in place such as providing a good coffee machine and water chilling in the fridge all add up and contributes to us having a lovely stay in this property. The spa/swimming pool area is well maintained and has a nice peaceful vibe.

Room was next to a door which others used to access breakfast. We were awoken both nights/mornings hearing the door slam shut. There is a busy road to cross outside. Not a problem for us but be mindful if you have children.
