Great location for cruisers. Host went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Host helped with transport to cruise ship and even offered help when we get back. Would absolutely recommend it here to stay.

Packaged bake goods for breakfast, not my favourite. But we enjoyed the yogurt, juices and complimentary soft drinks.

Very nice property inside an office building. Great location right of the pedestrian zone. Our host was very informative and made us feel comfortable immediately.

The owner was very detailed and ensured our stay was very comfortable. We are only here for 1 night before our cruise. The owner even had the cruise schedules with him and provided tips to ensure our family got to the pier early to ensure we didn't have to way such a long time before our boarding. THANK YOU!! CAIO!

We had a wonderful night's stay at the Museum Guest House before our cruise a few weeks ago. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even arranging our taxi for the next morning. Our room was cosy, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. There is a nice breakfast basket left in the room, with milk and fruit juice provided! Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay

Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and outdoor restaurants. Francesco was an amazing host. The property is in the middle of a vibrant town close to churches, restaurants and the beautiful beach.

It's a multi-use building and elevator holds one person with luggage at a time. Staff was excellent and gave a great orientation to the area. Stayed 1 night before our cruise. Would definitely use again.

The only thing I would have to say negative is the elevator is kind of small based on what we are used to, otherwise everything else was great.

Easy check in. Friendly staff at check in. Made arrangements for us to get to our cruise in the morning and also helped us with restaurant recommendations the night before our cruise.

Location was perfect and the place was exceptionally clean. The manager was extremely attentive to all guests and vary aware of everything that was taking place. He went beyond managing the complex, h became our caretaker and concierge. We missed our cruise ship departure and came back to a fully booked hotel and Francesco found us another safe place to stay that was equivalent to his standards and quality of stay. Forever grateful!

We had a great two nights stay before a cruise the room was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed including an in room selection of goodies for breakfast. The owner Francesco was very friendly and had all the knowledge about the local area and helped with any worries we had about getting to the ship eg. arranged transport to and from ship.

The shower was very hot and we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler. Not a big problem though.

Museum Guest House in Civitavecchia is a perfect choice for cruise passengers! Conveniently located near the port, the rooms are clean and well-appointed with a coffee maker and a stocked fridge with breakfast essentials like bread, cookies, Nutella, yogurt, pop, and water. The owners, Francesco and staff Thomas, are extremely accommodating and helpful. We even got a nice souvenir magnet. Very thoughtful touch! Thomas even recommended a great local restaurant. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and McDonald’s is just across it. The cherry on top was the convenient van service to the port courtesy of Francesco. Ideal for pre or post-cruise stays - highly recommend!
