Really convenient location for traveling, could not be better, right next to the terminal 2 entrance and right outside there is a shuttle stop to terminal 1.

Temperature of the room was a too hot. Even though we regulated the thermostat it didn’t seem to do much of a difference.

Property was really clean and everything was on point. Everything worked in the room and it was perfect for an overnight stay. I liked a lot the modern look of the Hotel. Did not try the food since we arrived late and left before breakfast to be served. Bed was comfortable and made us had a good rest before our flight.

I would have appreciated clearer instructions on how to get there from Terminal 1 on their website, as it was a bit confusing

The location was perfect, just outside Terminal 2. The staff was so lovely and accommodating. The room itself was quite clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed

The water didn’t go down in the bathroom sink and when I needed to use it, it just kept filling up. I told at the reception, but the problem was still on the second day. It needs to be fixed in room 111.

Excellent location if you want to stay near Malpensa Terminal 2 (also good for 1, but you will need to use the Transit bus). Train station 100 meters away with direct trains to Milano Centrale or Lugano. Breakfast was basic but pretty good with fresh ingredients. Room comfortable.

21:16 1 ‹ Moxy Milan Malpensa Ai... @ O Simply excellent. Rooms are very clean and the beds are are comfortable. Sheets are white so you know they have been properly washed. The showers are surprisingly roomy and the water pressure felt so powerful, I thought I was in a wellness spa. The downstairs has a trendy outdoor sit-down, and inside their breakfast has a good spread. Anything from coffee to yogurt, to salads, meats, juice, bread, fruits. The staff always seem to be in a very good mood, they are pleasant, and helpful, and speak great English. This is a little gem. This is my second stay and I will certainly come back. Conveniently located right next to T2.

Missed connection and needed a room for the night. Booked online from the terminal. 2 min walk to hotel. From check in to restaurant, to room and checkout, every member of staff were a delight and so helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay. Only stayed 1 night due to an early morning flight. The room was clean and the bed was perfect for us. The food choices were limited but delicious. The funghi tagliatelle was one of my favourite dishes I had during our stay in Italy. All the staff were kind and attentive especially Barbara who certainly went above and beyond. She’s a credit to the hotel. Absolutely loved our stay.

The hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious، including fried and boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, olives, cheeses, hash browns, pancakes, bread and pastries, fruits, yogurt, cornflakes, bacon, and olive spread. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I felt was missing was having a telephone in the room to contact the reception directly. The bar and dining area are actually part of the reception space, which made the area feel crowded. The location was excellent, being very close to the airport, which made getting there extremely easy. This hotel is ideal for a one-night stay, as it is small and doesn’t have many facilities. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place conveniently close to Malpensa Airport.

Some of the staff (not all) were extremely unprofessional. The self service system to get food was weird.. it is not an actual restaurant, more like a hostel. The food was ok though. They charged an early check in fee of €20 even if the room was already ready.. first time in my life I've heard of this.

Location to Terminal 2 and stylish decor, very comfortable bed, excellent shower and high quality amenities. It's a good place to sleep before an early flight at T2 but if I came again I would avoid trying to eat there.

Perfect location for a layover stay between flights or for those with an early flight the next day. It’s literally a 2-minute walk from Terminal 2. Great room, wonderful bed, comfortable, as well as the pillows.
