This apartment exceeded all expectations! The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of this property was brilliant, the metro into the city is an 8 minute walk and literally takes 5 minutes to get into the city hot spots, we really couldn’t have wished for a more suitable location especially with the price! The property has clean towels, a private bathroom and a lovely balcony. Andrea sends you a video prior to your stay showing you how to access the building and apartment which is very helpful and he was so lovely. Nothing was too much to ask for and he made sure our stay was perfect. Honestly couldn’t ask for much more from a host and accommodation.

The owner of the apartment was very helpful and kind. The place was very clean, tidy, and modern. It's situated approximately 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop, and about 10-15 minutes from the nearest metro station so the location is honestly great.

The bathroom is private, but it is not connected to the bedroom. This was not disclosed until after the non-refundable full payment had been made. It wasn't a big deal, but I didn't love the fact that when I awoke to use the toilet in the middle of the night, I had to get dressed first because of the small possibility that I might run into the host. It wasn't a huge deal, but had I known this before hand I would have chosen another location.

The hosts were a very friendly couple, and the apartment is quite modern. The location is great. The apartment is in a newer building with good security and wonderful balconies.

Staying at this modern Milan apartment was a delight! Its strategic location made exploring Milan and the lively Navigli area a breeze. The apartment itself was spotless and contemporary, offering a pretty spacious bedroom with a charming balcony and a private bathroom. The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. Despite being shared with the host, privacy was fully respected and the living spaces were always kept tidy. I highly recommend this gem!

Bathroom is “private” but not attached to bedroom. (It is in a shared hallway with another bedroom which makes it feel less private.) Would be nice to have more than one pillow per person.

In Italy - not specifically to this House/Hotel, you can torn on the air conditioner as you like due to a regulation of Euro state and to reduce the GAS from the air.

It was a pleasure to stay in a close place with a public parking available on the street, the owner is nice man, and he help me with a few questions of the places. I had also a close synagogue nearly, so I able to praying. A Kosher grocery and bakery is ~4 minutes of driving from the location. It is a sharing house with a private room for the guest and a private room of the owner.

Beautiful, modern and perfectly clean apartment. You have your own room and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. There is public parking on the street. Good location. Andrea is friendly and happy to help with recommendations of places to visit. We will be happy to stay there again.

Great Location for a Trip to Milano, a good Spot to start your sightseeing Tour. The Hosts Andrea and Sandra are really nice and are happy to help with recommendations for places to see and restaurants.

I had a very comfortable stay with access to an amazing green balcony and very relaxing room with privet bathroom. Andrea made it feel homey and was very helpful with the questions I had regarding transport and some packages that arrived prior to my stay. I would recommend this apartment as the location is very close to all central spots but still feels like you are more in a decent residential area.
