I had an exceptional stay at Morfeo Hotel in Milan. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive—easily some of the best service I’ve experienced in any hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, with all the facilities you could ask for—everything was perfectly maintained and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out to me was how the team went above and beyond to assist me, even after I had checked out. I had forgotten my hat at a restaurant in center, and despite being in another city and having left the hotel two days earlier, the staff kindly took the initiative to contact the restaurant and arrange for me to retrieve it. That level of support is rare and incredibly appreciated. The hotel was also very helpful with parking, making the logistics of arriving and leaving in Milan completely stress-free.

Breakfast Price is relatively high compared to surrounding Cafes and Restaurants but if you need to have it at a very early hour or at your hotel with comfort than it's fair value.

Rooms are super clean and silent, Gym is well equipped, Location is convenient, just across the Tramway Stop, small cafes and restaurants and a shopping mall nearby at the walking distance. City Centre is accessible by Tram in 20-25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by Uber or Taxi.

The AC wasn't working, and they didn't want to move us to a room with a working AC. They did so in the end, but it took a lot of pushing.

Hotel was very clean and staff always helpful and friendly! Room service was exactly on time and I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who prefers comfort. To main attractions you can go by walk approximately 40 minutes, or use taxi or public transport which station is exactly opposite of the hotel.

Everyone in the hotel was very kind and helpful. It was clean and very nice decorated. Its location is not so close to the center but it has tram lines that you can get to the city center and the stop is just outside of the hotel. We recommend it.

third year coming here to attend a fair in Mico. Very close, 5-10 minutes in taxi. Super comfortable, right size, very friendly and serviceable staff. No business center but reception prints, copies and scans for you in no time and no fuss. Nice unpretentious restaurants in the neighborhood, shopping mall closeby for any needs. Excellent location to atted the fairs but a bit far from the center if that's what you are looking for. Tramway line passes right in front too.

it was a little further away from things than i would have liked, and the public transport options were a little limited since it wasn't central. but it wasn't really that big of a deal since i just wanted to sleep there.

comfortable beds, quiet hotel, clean amenities, and comfy couches in the front! it was easy to find, and it was located near a commercial area that helped me get necessities i forgot to buy.
