The washing machine needs replacing. I wouldn’t stay another day longer without this, especially in summer! The kitchen sink had no hot water. We boiled a kettle to wash up. (I hope the previous tenants and cleaners did the same???) The flat was marked down on cleanliness for that reason as this could be a hygiene issue.

Great location and a charming flat. Air con was appreciated and worked well. Vittoria did well to communicate and did well to tell us the tricks of the apartment - e.g. the toilet & not to touch the hot water switches.

Minimal accommodation, facilities barely work (toilet, faucet sinks). Would be nice to have newer furniture, or at least better mattress and couch. A functional washing machine would be nice.

The main concern was bathroom. The wooden flooring was rotting away at the shower, the shower itself didn’t have constant hot water as it would go from freezing cold to burning every 10-20 seconds and the shower head was broken and didn’t spray water correctly as it would spray painfully in the middle and drip out the side.

Beds were very uncomfortable, we slept quite badly. The water temperature in the shower changed all of a sudden to very hot or cold, couldn't control it. Also the bathroom floor looked like it had got wet many times and hadn't dried properly. Only one coffee cup available for 3.

Great location, only a short walk from Termini and the main attractions. A small grocery store right around the corner. The apartment is quite small for three persons but everything is very clean and there's coffee and tea available as well as hygiene products. The host met us on time and gave us tips about where to go.

The toilet flush took some skills to get working but this didn’t detract from the stay in any way.

The location was great short walk from main train station and metros.. not to mention the colosseum near by. The property was basic but had everything needed to stay and use as a Base for a trip

The bathroom was very small for 4 people and was constantly leaking, we couldnt tell where it was coming from, and so the entire bathroom floor was just wet the entire time. The oven also didnt work and the walls were very thin so we heard drunk neighbours come home which woke us up. Lastly, it was unclear through the photos that the bedroom didnt have a door, so its more of a studio layout which was a bit awkward as we were hoping for more privacy.

The location was incredible, very easy walk to the main touristic points. The beds were comfy even the pull out couch. The communication with our host was also great, they were very responsive and even offered to come by to check out the oven which wasn't working.

Slight cosmetic issues with kitchen doors peeling and some not properly functioning. The shower was tiny and got the bathroom floor so wet it was starting to rot.

No hot water in kitchen, we had to boil the jug to do our dishes. No tea towels to dry our dishes. No toaster. No lift to carry heavy suitcases up stairs but we managed ok.

Location was excellent,could walk everywhere. Comfortable beds. Children enjoyed Netflix on the TV. We had a problem with shower not draining but we contacted the host and they arranged for it to be plunged. Good air conditioning.

I slept in the sofa bed and it wasn't really comfortable, other than that the place was great!

Location is superb, located really close to the Termini and a walking distance to the main attractions, rooms were clean and communication with the host was fast.

The shower is really small but managable, however the shower curtains are shorter than needed.

The location is close to many attrations and it has a supermarket nearby. We were pleased with the AC and a quiet neighbourhood.

I took two separate apartments in this facility. One (Double Room) was quite ok and I wrote a respective review for it. But another one (for family with 4 persons) could be much better (than expected): Lack of Lighting, Bathroom (with water leaking), toilet seat non-fixed, very few toilet papers etc.

Small, everyday stuff. Non reliable towel holder in the bathroom, electric kettle with sticky bottom (couldn't take it off with sponge), dirty soup pot (didn't even make a soup in the apartment), etc.

The location is really good. Everything is within walking distance. There are few nice restaurants nearby, Termini station is pretty close, supermarket is behind the corner, there is enough storage space for clothes and everything else. The owner of the apartment is really patient and helpful.
