Dear Mr Strassil Thank you very much for taking the time to write your feedback on our Hotel. We deeply apology for the problem and the inconvenience of the ants. I am sorry that your report of the incident is not so close to reality and in responding to your comment I would like to highlight some points that you have omitted or otherwise forgotten. The moment you made us aware of the ants, the Director immediately proceeded to change your room from a Queen (which you had originally booked) to a Deluxe superior with sea view and outdoor Jacuzzi. You thanked us for everything and the speed with which we handled the situation. The next morning you informed us that you wanted a later check out until 3pm, and as we could not agree to this for reasons of managing other incoming bookings, you only continued to insist and rage against the girls at reception who gently tried to point out to you why they could not accept your request. You have also accused us of not having solved the problem of ants and that the room change had not been adequate and not to be considered an upgrade (although the difference in types was clearly evident). In addition, you have continued to claim several times that you did not want to pay the difference in parking fees by leaving at 3pm from Positano, even though we had given you the information before you left, ordering us to bear the expense. I believe and I reiterate that there is no excuse for the presence of the ants in your room and we would like to apologise again, but the resolution of the problem was handled in the best possible way and the entire staff was always at your complete disposal and approached you with the greatest respect and kindness as is our usual standard. Thank you again for taking the time to write the review. Feedback from our customers is very important to us and is the best tool for us to improve.
