It was convenient for us to get there by car. There is McDonald's and Vatican City is not far away. We managed to find a parking lot. Thank you for being able to check in earlier than planned.

Smooth check-in process. The chocolate cake was amazing, not sure what they call it or where to get that but we could not find it anywhere later in Rome.

- There was almost no hot water throughout the stay, so taking a shower there was really inconvenient. - I did not get an invoice as well, although I send a message through the booking.com chat requesting it. - We were asked not to use the AC too much, because the electricity was expensive - Although a 70 EUR was listed on Booking, a price of 80 EUR was asked as a city tax.

The place is nice overall. Good location, clean room and friendly cleaning ladies. It was easy to get to and access it. Checking in and out was effortless.

Beds uncomfortable, not as clean as i expected. No ppv, if you don't speak/understand italian do not turn on the tv :).

Close to several transport metods (bus, metro). Good, central location, plenty of coffee shops around, market at 5 min walking. Free coffee/tea and sweets every morning.

Small, but clean room and had clear easy instructions for check in/ out. Hair dryer was unserviceable and ‘breakfast’ was not breakfast it was pastry (1 selection only) left in communal area. To advertise breakfast included is misguided. Unlimited coffee available.

the shower was growing mould in the walls and a bad smell came from there. The cups in the corredor were dirty for the whole staying. If you don't have internet, impossible to get in contact with the people in charge. You have to call to the number in the door.

Location was fine and space. We got new clean towels in the second day.

the cleaning under the bad and on walls there was a massive dust. check out too early especially in the 1st Jan but the staff allowed us to stay longer which is nice but I had to wake up anyway

Locaiton was good we walk everywhere. Forniture was good. Coffee and snacks good.

Breakfast 👎 maybe it's Italian style, but more of a snack than actual breakfast. Cigarette smoke in the bathroom for no reason. And our fridge didn't work even though we asked the owners who claimed it worked well. We also missed bigger cups (only espresso size), any plate or cutlery.

We had three rooms all looked fairly clean. Unfortunately there is mold all around the window and baseboards. Also the showers were moldy. Photos are from one of the rooms and only some of the mold. Do not stay here if you have a choice.

I like the location. The bed was comfortable Check in was easy. Sadly, it could be a great place but the mold and smell were so bad If I had a choice I would have taken my family else where.

Below expectations. The place wasn’t very clean and felt dark and uninviting. Calling it “minimal” would be generous. The staff never responded to my questions or messages. I will not be coming back.

The morning after our arrival, we woke up to find there was no water in the room—no drinking water, no ability to shower, or even flush the toilet. When we called the owner/manager for an explanation, we were told the issue was due to planned maintenance on the building's water system, which had been announced the day before. However, we were not informed of this during check-in, which would have allowed us to arrange for drinking water, nor was any form of compensation offered for the obvious inconvenience. Additionally, the room is located underground, with a window at ground level facing directly the pavement, allowing street noise to come through even when the window is closed.

The check-in procedure is very clear and easy. The neighborhood is lovely, the metro station is conveniently nearby, and the owner/manager responds quickly to any inquiries.

Room infected with cigarette smell, one day they left the room without toilet paper in the bathroom and the internet at night went down. I tried to communicate with 4 published WhatsApp contacts and no one answered... the truth is the only good thing is the proximity to the hospital and the area. I do not recommend this place for anything in the world, very very bad experience.

Some mould in the bathroom. Problems with the hot water- I had almost no hot water throughout the whole 3-day stay at the location. The AC was also not running properly.

A very comfortable and easy accessible location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of transport available. Walking distance to Vatican city.
