Sound from inside the building carries! Could hear every conversation in the hall, every door opening and closing

Location was superb - right in a main square with cafes and shopping but also 5 minutes walk from the train and beach. Despite central location, not loud at night. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, good towels. Large breakfast spread.

In-room AC unit was quite loud and may be distracting for some guests. We just turned is off after cooling the room and sleep soundly without issue.

Centrally located, 10-minute walk to the beach, on-site parking for a reasonable fee, a nice breakfast and a very pleasant and accommodating host.

The breakfast mostly is sweet, would be better to add some other options. In the night it’s a little bit noisy from the neighborhood location.

The hotel is in the city center, not far from the train station (4-5 minutes walk) and beaches.

We loved this hotel, very beautiful old building with tiled floors located on the main square of Lavagna. If you like an old Italian hotel with distinctive features, you will appreciate it. We had a room on the first floor with a terrace, the view was very nice and the room was quiet. The hotel is 5 min from the beach and 30-45 min from Portofino and Genoa, very easy to go to other beaches. In Lavagna we went to the beach club with the sand (others had stones), water was amazing, and it was not super crowded in the beginning of July. Overall great value for money.

Cleaning staff walked in on us twice early in the morning. No power outlets close to bed.

Perfect location. 2 min walk from the beach, 2 min walk from the best restaurants in town. There is a nice supermarket right across the street which is open every day until midnight.

It would be great if breakfast offered more variety, perhaps more dairy products instead of such a huge selection of pastries. They are delicious, but it would be nice to have the option of a healthier breakfast. Also, try not to arrive near the end of breakfast, we came at 9am and half of the food was already gone. Obviously, at 7am there are more boiled eggs and yogurts available, by the time we came only a couple were left

A good hotel for the price-quality ratio, with friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. The hotel is located very close to the beach and restaurants.

The staff was friendly, had secured parking location, room was nice and clean. Even on the day out during cleaning they turned the AC ON so the room is cool when we are back which was bonus on a hot summer day.

We loved the place! The location is perfect, the town is very cute and the hotel is 2 streets away from the beach! The room was big and simple but very clean and comfortable! We had beautiful view over the church. Good breakfast, staff very friendly! I would stay here again and definitely come back!

Rich and tasty breakfast with perfect timing (8-10.00 am), we loved it. Lovely building and is located near the walking zones and the sea. It took only a comfortable 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a supermarket open till ca. 23.45 in front of the hotel if you needed something to buy. The signora knew perfectly when to serve our aperols.
