I thought the overall cleanness of the outdoor & indoor pools were a little poor. The indoor main pool was not pleasant to stay inside due to smell. WIFI did not work great on laptop.

Lovely looking hotel in a good location, opposite a great restaurant and the train station. Comfort room was very nice, luckily got the front middle facing room! Large car park with lots of spaces. Spa was included due to time of year, which was small but very quiet & peaceful. Great poolside bar/restaurant. Hotel & rooms very clean, and staff very helpful.

We had sevaral issues, 1. the cards were not working and we had to go to reception twice to reprogram them; 2. the other night there was a loud noise in the room and we had to move to another room; 3. we stuck in the lift once, literally between floors and called for assistance. In all cases, the problem was solved, but nobody apologised, as if it was ok. Towels are free in the spa, but you need to get a card to access them. The weirdest thing is swimming caps; they force you to wear them.

The room was clean and big enough, with a small balcony. SPA was lovely, with hot rooms, a steam room and a great swimming pool. We also loved a bistro, the food and wine were excellent, and Karlo was a great help. Despite some unusual aspects, our overall impression is that it's a nice hotel.

I loved the pools, the jacuzzi and the great breakfast! I chose the hotel because it is very close to the station so it is super convenient.

Amazing location: the high speed trains stop just outside of the hotel. It's 45 minutes to Venice and 15 minutes to Padova. The hotel has great amenities, especially the thermal pools and the spa. Even during peak tourist season (mid-July, although we were here on work week days) the hotel was not overcrowded and had a calm atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here, it was an amazing experience at an unbeatable price.

I didn't like the people next door, arguing, slamming doors and had no respect for anyone else.

I liked that the bus stop and train station was just outside the hotel.

Didn’t like the constant pop music played, even outside around the pool. It was irritating and not restful. The town of Montegrotto feels neglected with many shops and hotels closed.

Friendly staff, spacious comfortable room, great breakfast, good dinner, (excellent house wine) very pleasant lunch at poolside bistro. The spa staff (providing towels) were particularly pleasant. The location close to the station was very useful for us. Also had a very interesting chat with hotel manager.

There is no direct access to the hotel from the parking, you need to walk around the hotel which is a bit tricky at first, so we got lost and couldn’t find the reception. Do not enter from the pool area.

Warm pools -34C water temp. Welcoming staff We had the half board, the food was just amazing every single day a different set of starter, first course, second course desert as well as a welcome buffet often full of seafood: prawns, octopus, fish and variety of veg.

It was quite warm inside the room, hard to sleep, it seems the air conditioning doesn’t work in a proper way, the price is also a bit higher than it should be.

Breakfast is very good and there is provided parking place if you come with a car.

Negligible things - not worth mentioning, overall impression was excellent. This was not our first visit and returning wasn't a disappointment

Everything, from check in to check out went smoothly, lovely clean, modern, room with balcony. We were half board and the food choice at dinner was excellent and of a high standard (although breakfast was expensive for what it was - €20 if evening meal is €35 out of €55 daily total ). The adjacent location to a train station is fantastic for sightseeing. The hotel has superb spa facilities, but we had so much to see and do - we barely had time to use anything.. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, most of our interaction was with the waiters and waitresses who are a credit to the impression we have of the Hotel Mioni.

Surprised that complimentary water is not offered and i was asked to drink tap water, although i got bottles later from outside, but these are very minor things which should be taken care. Seconldy, shower area in bathroom is super small.

Pool and Spa are amazing, location is great, highly recommended the hotel.

Good food but schedules for eating are strict. From certain hours you can’t have food at all at the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Sound from other rooms was crazy loud, specially in the morning.

The reception staff in general were rude and arrogant However the pool and restaurant staff were very pleasant! The pool was too warm for summer heat.

It was a nice hotel in a cute little town with plenty of parking. It was across the street from train station which gave access to Venice and Padua.

For the price, too little was included. The first night due to traffic, we arrived at 20:30 for the check-in. Dinner is supposed to end at 9pm, but at the reception the girl told us that it's too late for dinner, because the kitchen closes at 8:45 pm, so not even the buffet salad dinner was offered to us even if we paid for the extra. The 2nd night we could have dinner so we went as soon as they opened, but the service in the restaurant was a little too much in a hurry, trying to give us the next plates too fast and asking often if we were done with that one, so the delicious food could have been even better. The room is definitely smaller than advertised, although we had a big terrace in the first floor where people above could ash on us, and guess what? There was some construction work on top of the pool, so the workers could watch us, as well as people walking to the Spa from a corridor, so I wished for more privacy. The Shampoo and Shower gel were empty, and they didn't fill them up even if I asked the next morning. The walls had some big noticeable humidity stains which is not okay for a thermal Spa Hotel... If you're still reading this, I guess you know I did not enjoy my stay as expected, but honestly, what bothered me the most was at the checkout: After waiting around 25 minutes for the long queue at the reception, we finally arrived and the receptionist asked us how was our stay, my gf said it was nice 🙂👍🏽, and I looked at her and said: 😅🤨? So the receptionist asked me why didn't I like it? I said it's okay, but he insisted to know why. So I started telling him about the stains in the room and then he started ignoring me straight and told me I should have gotten the next higher category, but I tried to tell him that it was not nice to pay 200+€ for a night in a small room with damp stains, but he wouldn't listen and he just handed me over a little paper voucher for a 5 or 10% discount while ignoring me.

The pool was nice and warm, it's always nice to be outdoors in thermal waters. The dinner at the restaurant was really good 😊 The maitre was also very pleasant.
