At this price what is not to like

They gave us hot water at night. Check out a little late no problem. I got last croissant and English tea for breakfast

Spacious, quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Close proximity to the Metro, taxi stand and easy walk to the canal area of bars and restaurants.

Hotel is a little old and tired looking. Breakfast was just ok. The bed could have been more comfortable

Staff very brusque. Hotel a bit tired and rough around the edges- painting, tiling, mould in bathroom, cigarette burn on curtains, no tea or coffee making facilities in room, no quilt, just blankets. Don’t know how it is 3 stars.

There was mold on the wall and the bed is pretty uncomfortable, the hotel needs to be renovated. It’s okay for a short stay but the price is a bit too high for what you get.

Bed sucks, and they make u turn in the keys every time you leave. They need to get wireless entry or key cards that practice is absurd.

Location is not the best, although next to Metro station. The street car is right at front of the hotel and you guaranteed to wake up at 5:30 am

In reality, there is nothing that I would change about this place. We knew what we were expecting. We weren't looking for a lot of time in the property, so it filled its role perfectly.

Comfy, clean, located in a great spot. Minutes from Duomo, seconds from the metro. Great restaurants and bars near by. This place fulfilled exactly the need that I wanted it to.

Very basic Italian hotel. Room was quite small and shower even smaller. Decor 20 years ago, so definitely not recently refurbished… Still, if your expectations are not too high, a good place to stay in Milano for a few nights.

The shower cubicle was an okay size but they way the doors are installed makes it very hard to get in and out the shower if you're not a tiny person. You really need to squeeze to get in the corner door. It would be better if there was a curtain or if the shower door was the full length of the space fhat there is for a shower.. instead of wasting the space beside it and making the cubicle so small. The small fridge/ chiller didn't work so well but it was a nice touch the have it. Wasn't charged city tax until we were checking out.... luckily I could pay by card

The area where the hotel is located is very good and near the navigali. There's a tram stop nearby. It's very easy to get to. Loved the TV, bidet, that there was still a phone in the room, the large bed and the extra pillows and blankets. The hotel had a lift and the room was large. There was also good air conditioning with a remote... which was great as it was hot when we visited Milan. Breakfast was good and the coffee was freshly made to order which we loved. Would recommend and stay again.
