All of the staff were super friendly and helpful always, the hotel and rooms were super modern, clean and really felt premium. Location and proximity to Metro were so good as well.

There was little to fault with this experience however we only found out after we had dinner that we could have had a discount for eating there - not a big deal to us - we loved the food anyway. Breakfast was offered to us for free as the hotel is really new - which was lovely, but I'm not sure we would have been happy paying full price for it. It still feels like it has some kinks that need to be worked out. The music choice (greatest hits as played by the panpipes) had us laughing, but not in a good way - something a bit subtler would be better. The only other downside is that if you stay on the same floor as the little guest lounge that the noise travels very easily.

This hotel was a real find and we'd happily recommend it and stay again. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived early and borrow an umbrella as it was pouring with rain! The reception feels very luxurious and our room mirrored this. The team couldn't have done more to welcome us and made my partner's birthday special with a note and a half bottle of wine. The pizza place downstairs was super tasty and a bonus in being so close. We ended up watching a movie and enjoying a glass of wine in the big bed. The free snacks and beverages in the fridge were a lovely touch.

The beds were very hard (like often in Italy).

A very nice (and rather new) hotel with a good location with walking distance to the city center and having the metro just outside. The room was very nice.

Even though the doors are very thick, the noises could be heard all the way from the corridor.

The whole hotel is brand new and stylish, the staff are nice and very hostile, the breakfast is good enough for an Italian one.

Love Love Everything! A beautifully curated hotel in a great location for everything in Milan. Especially appreciated the complimentary minibar & coffee. Bed was comfy, & so quiet despite being on a busy road. Cleanliness was top form too. Staff are super helpful. The offer is so well thought out through. Bravo.

The staff was very accommodating in every way, let us check in early, let us check out late. We always making sure everything is good and helped with any question we had - even if it was a simple thing as looking up where to find a specific store or parking.

Missing a small gym (but you know this in advance)

Modern, nicely done & good location. The restaurants down the hôtel are much better in terms of quality and value vs what you find in the more « popular » streets. The coffee in the small pantries on the floors with beverages is excellent and the sound insulation is absolutely perfect! You dont here a sound from the street.

The property is excellent and staff extremely helpful with a fantastic location near the metro station as mentioned in my previous review . We went back to the hotel after a trip to venice. First the hotel was very generous to let us keep our luggage in the deposit room and we were really surprised when we arrived late night to find our stuff moved to the rooms. This was extremely helpful and kind

The property is brand new with a very nice modern style. The location is excellent just two metro stops from the Duomo and you can take the metro just in front of the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful especially Faith that supported us with all the info that we Ve asked. One more important tip. Each room has a mini bar with dome refreshments and snacks and all was for free.

Staff were amazing and rightfully enthusiastic about this new hotel. Facilities were great. Rooms well appointed on the minimalist side. Locations was good and made for easy access to central Milan as well as linate airport. Staff very helpful and friendly.
