I have stayed at many hotels in Italy but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

We also didn't get the bathroom amenities refilled the last couple of days - we didn’t report that at all but these are points to work on so that next time will be 11/10. :)
I’ve stayed at top, top hotels and this one is right up there in terms of service. Davide was literally everywhere. I’m not convinced he doesnt have a twin brother. He was at reception when we arrived, he pretty much made an appearance at breakfast every day, he was helping out in The Terrace bar and restaurant. Always with a friendly greeting. 10/10 for Davide’s passion and enthusiasm. The boy and girl at breakfast were also very friendly and hospitable, as was Mauro who we would encounter most evenings and it was clear there was communication between the staff because he was always aware of what we had been up to that day. That consistency is really very rare to find. The lady who cleaned the rooms most days was also very pleasant and helpful. The guys and girls in The Terrace, who also served the pool bar were friendly and pleasant also. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable; yes it could be a little bit noisy in the evening but there seemed to be a noise curfew at 23:00 so it was not a problem - and anyway the shutter blinds were amazing at keeping out most noise and all light! We slept the best we had in years! Breakfast was great with a wide selection of all kinds of foods (highlight was always Mamma’s cakes!). Pool area was very pleasant, always enough beds, even if you had to be a little brave to swim in late May. Beach area was also really enjoyable. We ate at The Terrace a couple of times - it was decent food at reasonable prices. Davide helped us with a parking space - not quite sure how they managed to fit so many cars into such a small area - and with some directions etc. We really liked the resort as well as the hotel and would like to return. So many great bars and restaurants in town and a really nice vibe.

A very lovely and cosy place with a lot attention to detail. Every design detail was added for a purpose and builds a coherent picture. We were welcomed by the owner in the nicest possible way. Given the short stay we couldn't benefit of all amenities, but there were plenty. And eventually, nearby, on a separate hotel parking lot I could easily charge my EV.

Beautiful family hotel in fantastic location with exceptionally warm and friendly hospitality. The owner David was the on site every day and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The interior design and decor was truly unique and a refreshing change from ‘regular’ hotels. The reception area, restaurant, pool area and front terrace provided a great choice of places to eat, drink and relax throughout the day. The hotel provides complimentary city bikes for guests which were really useful for exploring Jesolo. David provided advice for our bus/boat day trip into Venice and also kindly arranged taxis to the airport on departure. Customer service at its best!

FranceNothing really stands out. The rooms are a bit dated but the services on offer at the hotel mean you are rarely there.
This is a delightful boutique hotel. The outstanding point was the service. David, who also owns the hotel, is there at all times to make sure you always happy. Whilst he is exceptional alone, it is the staff that need credit also. They were absolutely superb making sure you had everything you needed for you stay. Small points, but staff coming to your room early evening to check if you needed fresh towels or toiletries. Rest assured you are looked after at this hotel. The character and ambience matched the staff....all quite quirky but it made the hotel stand out to other lifeless hotels I have stayed in. When I go back to Jesolo I will certainly be staying here.

RussiaIf you're a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, as the trash pickup is quite noisy there around 6am.
We had a wonderful holiday at the family run Milton Boutique Hotel. The most valuable thing about this place is the staff. Each person was sincerely glad to us and tried to help and surround us with care. We were congratulated on our wedding anniversary and birthday, it was very nice! Private beach area, beach bag and towels, bike rental included. The breakfast was incredibly delicious!

AustriaAt Milton, they love the details - the rooms, the reception area, the restaurant. Everything looks smooth and gives you a feeling of holidays. The hotel is greatly located - near to the beach, and nearly at the end of the pedestrian area. Which means, you are fast within the fun, and also get a cozy sleep. But the most awesome thing: The staff. Everyone is so hearty. They even reparked our car that we could just leave. If you have the change, go there!

Poland- breakfast had really poor choice, especially if you’re vegetarian, not even mentioning vegan; sweet cakes, bread, yoghurt and cereal were in a form of a buffet, but vegetables and fruits were in a closed cabinet and needed to be asked for and given by the waiter in rather small amounts - I’d say it wasn’t a good value for money
- the staff was friendly and welcoming - convenient location - lots of flowers and greenery, including a collection of pulmerias - the tour provided by one of the owners was a really nice touch and enabled us to better understand the decorations etc. - comfortable bed and nicely provided beach bag with towels
