Bathroom was a little worn, could need and freshening. But it was still good enough.

Perfectly situated, lovely and clean and had everything we needed, check in instructions were easy to follow. Had a panic in the morning as unable to get an uber to the airport, one phone call to Luigi(the owner) and a taxi was there within 10 mins, top guy👍

The shower clearly needs an upgrade as the water pressure was near to zero, it was hard to even shower.

The apartment is right in the heart of Bergamo historic center, next to Piazza Vecchia. Clean, good-sized apartment for 2 people. It is very much appreciated the host keeping our luggage after the check out for a few hours.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from the street but with closed windows it was okay. The toilet was loud when flushing.

The location couldn't be any more central and it was authentic. Big enough room for two people which was clean and comfortable. It was fun with the view of the street and the owner was welcoming and helpful.

TEA AND COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES WERE INCOMPLETE. THERE WAS A KETTLE, BUT NO COFFEE OR MILK. THE TOILET WAS DIRTY, AND CLEARLY HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED FOR A LONG TIME. THE SHOWER CUBICLE WAS IN NEED OF A DEEP CLEAN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM; THE TILE GROUTING WAS FILTHY AND THE TILES DIRTY. THE SHOWER HEAD NEEDED REPLACING, IT WAS VERY POOR. THE TIMBER FLOOR WAS ALSO DIRTY AND IN NEED OF A PROPER CLEAN

The lack of a balcony was a downside for me, along with the noisy toilet.

Great location - right in the heart of Citta Alta. It wasn’t a problem for me, but for some, it might be too noisy since there are restaurants and various attractions around. The room is simply furnished but neat. Additionally, excellent communication with the owners.

The only thing to complain about is the air conditioner. I can't say if the machine was a little old, but even if we set the temperature to the lowest, the room was stuffy and it didn't blow cold air.

It was a very comfortable and compact place to stay for a short time.

Clearer instructions on keys provided would help, and Internet login details, password, would also help if these details were in the room. Don't like bed not having mattress protector on it. Which is normally standard in the UK. A small fridge would be a great addition to the property.

Ideal location. Host replied quickly to any questions asked. We enjoyed staying in Citte Alto plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops near by.

The toilet was very noisy, but wasn’t a problem. You could here everything from the other Rooms, and also from the street, as it is located on the main street of the town. But again we already knew, agter Reading the reviews, and it wasn’t a problem to sleep

I didn’t like that the air conditioning unit was the only source of heating, which made heating the room noisy. The tiles in tue shower need a really good scrub. the sink needs a plug. very lumpy pillows!

The room was a bit cold but the thick blanket kept us warm. As a light sleeper, the noise from the street disturbed me on Saturday night, but luckily it was quieter on weekdays.

The room is in a great location and the staff are really helpful and responsive.
