The rooms need some touching up , humidity in the bathroom on the ceiling. Some left over hair on the wall from previous quests.

The bed was made daily , location is great. The air conditioning is a lifesaver in the summer heat in Rome.

The day we checked in, there was no hot water.Informed the receptionist (girl at the desk )she was not helpful at all .The only reply we got was 'i dont know '.Tried to ask for assistance but no support (she was quiet rude towards us for asking ).I was drenched in the rain and had to have a very cold shower.The following day, a male receptionist (apologies dont remember his name )was really very helpful and sorted the water issue immediately.(The room could do with a good clean and some fixing .attached below are the pictures of the wall and shelves just by the bed )

The location is perfect, just a few meters from the Roma termini. There are lots of food options around and good connectivity.

Boiling water from the tap and no iron

Great location, opposite Termini Station. The air conditioner worked well. However, the hotel had problems with cold water supply, and the shower was boiling hot. It should also be noted that there was no iron in the hotel.

I have two complains and are really very minor, one is the bed, it is a standard hotel bed and I really wasn't expecting anything different, but these beds are really soft and if you suffer from back pain (as I do) they're not good for your back. The other is that I only got three shampoo sachets, which is fine for my stay (just one night) but I would have really liked one soap bar of any size.

Location is exceptional if you're travelling, as it is literally next to the Roma Termini train station. The staff was incredibly helpful

The room is dirty, which could be a health hazard. For example, the shower curtains are slimy, unpleasant, and need to be replaced. The shower itself also needs cleaning, and it’s designed in a way that all the water spills onto the floor no matter what, and there’s nothing to wipe it up with. There’s also an issue with the blanket. The room had a cold, icy floor, and even when the air conditioner is on, the temperature doesn’t change. The blanket is awful, old, and cold, with no duvet cover. Also, housekeeping may enter the room while you’re in the shower, as happened to me. This is because there should be a sign on the door to indicate whether housekeeping is needed. There was barely any soap, just enough for one day (I stayed for 5 days). The toilet paper situation was the same. Also, there are no curtains in the room, so people can see you through the window.

The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The bed is comfortable.

Wifi was not working, as we had short stay didn't discuss it with the reception. No instruction were provided for checkout and the reception was closed.

Room was next to central station providing good connectivity for bus, train, metro etc. we visited in Summer, the AC was working perfectly and much needed Normal room, expensive but Rome being a tourist city price is justified.

Lift was very slow to arrive at times. No soap in bathroom - a piece of soap would've been ideal even in a cheap accommodation. Stairwell very dark.

Location - we wanted accommodation close to the train station due to our heavy luggage.
