Sharing a room is difficult to coordinate things like restroom use.

I missed my train to Florence and needed a room to stay ASAP and this place was great for the location and the price! The staff was also very friendly

The soap in the bathroom was missing, I get that it's a hostel, but for everyone's health and safety I think soap could be included. There is no communal bathroom one can easily access before checking in or after checking out

definitely room for a few improvements, though! Although not the hostel’s fault, there was no vibe whatsoever and cleaning wise, the mattress had quite a bit of hair and dust - which was fine under the sheets - and the shower drain wasn’t properly working!

staff was nice, there’s a big common area and a bathroom /shower per room, which is nice! location is good, just by a metro station and it’s not far from the central station

Common areas, area around the hostel, small rooms , not that near the centre and metro stops at 12.30.

Value for money, clean rooms with safe lockers (bring your own padlock). Right next to pasteur metro (area isn’t the nicest). The common areas we didn’t use, a few strange men hanging around them, but the room was fine for what we paid. We got towels and linen included which was nice. Helpful staff who offered luggage storage.

Two people working at the reception desk I met. One was very kind, but the other guy from Peru was very rude to me and very sarcastic. He works for customer service and he cannot me as mean as he was to me. I left this place with an unpleasant taste. There were bugs in the female bathroom.

You can hear everything that happens in the ensuite bathroom, making it difficult to sleep when it is being used by others

The stuff was very kind when dealing with our late check-in. The room was clean, and the bed was acceptably comfortable. Good location, close to the subway and the central train station, so it is ideal to explore the city

Lack of clear signing directing me to the hostel. Fridge freezers were badly iced up.

I liked that there only 4 beds in the room, big lockers, our own bathroom and especially AC.

Toilet smelled disgusting and reverberates through the room, mattress feels like a half inflated bouncy castle, bunks feel unsafe

Old furniture, the bunk beds are very weak, you have to pay for bed linens and towels, you have to pay to rent a padlock to lock your personal locker, there was not even a chair to put things down or simply tie your shoes. You basically have a mattress for the price you pay.

Amazing staff and location near the central station, clean, perfect for one night.

Two things I didn’t liked one below bed is extremely low from upper bed ,you can’t sit watch movie or other stuff .you must lay down every time . Second bath room was always wet bcs there is not door when you bath ,sleepers are must

Easy to find from melpansa airport.train to cadorna and change mr1 metro .1 minutes away from metro .near to many bars and hukka place .personal was helpfull tough.

The beds/bathrooms are a bit old and run down, and the shower drain wouldn’t drain well. Other than that I had a really pleasant stay!

The common spaces and staff were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful with all enquiries and so easily contactable.
