The hotel run by two Italian sisters, it was such a beautiful experince. They were very sweet and welcoming. The rooms had a charming wooden design and great view. It's a great choice for a peaceful stay. The hotel is located on a very quiet street in Blevio area, you can reach there only by bus from Como train station

The location is gorgeous, the house and rooms are beautiful. The host was so sweet... even for one night, she really made me feel welcome. She gives u tips on how to get around. The breakfast was huge and tasteful.

The lady who owns the hotel is the sweetest - she helped us to find a swimming spot, made us homemade pasta for dinner per request and in general helped us a lot;) the room came with a great view and I would like to point out that it was very clean!!!

Just the entrance to the hotel is right onto the road, but all hotels on this road have the same issue. We were lucky that the hotel is only 50 meters from bus stop.

The hotel is very cozy with great hospitality from Maria and Analisa. It’s a hundred years old family-owned, real Italian vibes, with great value for the money. We got nice room overlooking the lake, stunning view. Dinner and breakfast are homemade and delicious at great price. Location is great, only 15 mins from Como by bus, and nearby there is a small trails to walk down to the water. We had a great stay. :)

A lift or better staircase. We were tired after carrying our suitcases up to the top floor. Also air conditioning - fan was provided and that helped hugely but the option of AC would be nice also.

The reason we booked this in the first place was because of the location and view. The view of the lake was priceless , especially for the cost of the stay. The host was hospitable and welcoming , helped us with everything we needed, even offering dinner. The property is a 50 m walk to the bus stop that brings you back into Como or to other parts of the lake.

It can get a bit hot in summers. They have fan in the room which helps.

We had an excellent experience, largely due to our wonderful host, Maria. Her hospitality was truly exceptional; she was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our entire stay. The view out of the room was amazing! The property's location is also a major plus, offering great convenience. It's close to the main station, a quick 10-minute bus journey away, or you can enjoy a pleasant walk to the ferry port for connections to the main station, the botanical gardens, or even Bellagio. Even of you miss the ferry, bus stop is a minute walk from the hotel and would take you to points of interest.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and cozy. The view of Lake Como from the property was simply breathtaking. The antique furniture gave the place a unique and elegant character. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even prepared delicious homemade pasta for dinner. A truly memorable stay!

So perfect romantic stay with the most beautiful view. There is a terrace what was so nice we decided not to go to a restaurant but rather have a picnic up there. The lady who runs the hotel was so nice and kind. Breakfast was good. Location is good, you can find parking 1 minute walking distance, ferry was 5 minutes walk if you go on the stairs. I wish we could have stayed longer. :)

For the location, there isn’t loads in Blevio itself, bars restaurants shops etc, but the ferries and buses make it easy to get around, so it’s not really an issue.

Stay here! Charming old family run hotel with some of the most stunning views over Lake Como. Affordable price for the area too. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was incredibly comfortable too. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Nothing, everything was great

Everything was amazing! The host was very kind, even if we arrived after midnight she woke up and welcomed us. The rooms are super clean, they were cleaning the room everyday. We asked for chairs and two glasses to enjoy the view and she provided us without problems. The view is breathtaking! We had a balcony with a lake view and it was totally worth it! It is located near Como, it takes 10 minutes with the car to arrive in Como. We will definitely return to this location!

If you are wanting to be closer to more options for restaurants and cafes, this may not be for you. For us we enjoyed walking up Torno for a couple of more choices.

The owner Maria, was so wonderful, warm and accommodating. She makes your stay here feel perfect and special. She helped us with the boat schedule, where to go to eat, lent us umbrellas when it was raining.

Everything! So quaint! Love the old fashioned decor, the beautiful old furniture. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also the view from our room of Lake Como was magnificent!
