There is a locked door (probably opened for larger groups staying together enabling a suite/two rooms) shared with the room next door and all the talks, all noise next door was in our room. And all the tramway noise &trembling outdoors is in the room. If you need quiet space it not very good.

The lift is tiny and we couldn’t get out pushchair in, the stairs are in a completely different area to the lifts so we had to take the lifts in two trips to get our luggage and baby upstairs

It was in a good location from the metro and train station as well as close to restaurants. It was very comfortable and the best was amazing.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the mosquito “killer” plug did not seem to make much difference.

Good location, close to the castle and easy walking distance to the main attractions. Spacious (for a 1 bed). Blackout blinds were very effective.

Beautiful and very big apartment. Very well equipped. Very clean. We had cold bottles of water waiting for us along with other extras. The instructions for the self check in were very clear. We stayed there on our last night in Italy and the proximity to the Cardona train station was great.

Several times it was not possible to pick the code to the lock in order to get into the courtyard and the entrance. In the morning I was awakened by noise coming from the yard.

The apartments are clean and cozy. There are all the conditions for a comfortable stay. There are toiletries (except slippers). After a long text message exchange, I managed to change the booking date and move in. I am very glad that the staff understood my situation and gave me the opportunity to move into the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at the Milan Royal Suite. The apartment was bright, clean, and beautifully equipped — everything worked perfectly. It's an ideal spot for singles or couples, and the location is great: not too far from the city center, I was able to walk everywhere with ease. I also received a very warm and welcoming reception, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

No laundromat nearby - maybe a clothes dryer would have been great with the washing machine.

Lovely room, location, and it had a washing machine! As we arrived before check in time, we left our bags with the really friendly and helpful staff at the office and they delivered to the room for us.
