You need four keys to get inside the apartment. I would recommend putting a label on each key to know which one belongs to what door.

The location was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better location in Porta Venezia. The bed was very large and comfortable. I found two bottles of water when I arrived, which came in handy. The place was extremely clean. Daniele was very helpful through Whatsapp and Alessio from luggage deposit is such a cool guy!

Although I appreciate very much safety and security measures which is very important and helpful and despite the fact we received all necessary instructions we were massed up with the first time access till we got keys. A bit tricky ☺️

Room is a bit smaller than we expect and also there is no shining when the sun rise

The room was really clean and you can find everything inside. Everyday someone is contacting with you to learn how is you, how is your night, are you okay, do you have any concerns etc. Location is really great. It’s closer to markets, Duomo and also central station.

Location is super, 1 min by walk and you will find the train station. You will find lots of shops just around the corner from the apartment. Ideal for shopping. We also managed to go to lago di como by first going to milano centrale which was a big bonus. Owner was very helpful and answered all our question and pleased us with our wishes. Very ideal for a family. He checked on us to see if we need anything which made our stay much easier. Very easy to find property as the owner sent a detailed message on how to arrive. Property was very clean with all basic needs. Bed was comfy as well. Will definitly come again to this apartment.

Location is perfect, it is very close to city center and metro is just 2 mins away by walk. Clean and cosy, price/performance is effective

Good location near the central train station (15 minutes walking) Comfortable bedroom (specially the bed) with some extra services (coffe, tea…). The contact with the owner was (at least in our case) 100% online, very quick and with clear instructions (through WhatsApp).

The apartment has an excellent location, being just a short walk from Milano Centrale – perfect for those traveling to other cities or to the airport by train. It is lovely, truly comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need when traveling with carry-on luggage only. Communication with the host was excellent, and he took great care of us.

When we arrived, the room smelled as if the previous people had smoked in the room. We messages the property about the inconvenience but they didn’t come up with any kind of solution. We ourselves had to suggest we turn on the van or air conditioning, the airco was not turned on yet and the van only worked slightly as the smell got into the curtains etc. The only feedback we got was “check in usually is from 2 onwards” (it was 13:30) and “i am sorry about this. not always i am lucky to have polite guests..usually yes.”. The check in is remote and there was no one present to come and check the room with us, all communications happened via WhatsApp. When we dropped our stuff at the separate location on the last day, the lady was not super friendly and it almost felt like it was our problem we didn’t know exactly which apartment we had stayed in. She mentioned they have over 1.000 apartments which we had no clue about.
