I had an excellent stay to the point that I wished I stayed in San Vincenzo longer. The property is absolutely lovely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a garden in the back of the property to enjoy your breakfast or to sit and enjoy. My room was on the main level and I had a patio area outside where I could sit also. Gianluca is a genuinely kind man and is so nice to speak to. Esma always went above and beyond with any question I had. The property has an area of the beach where you can rent a lounger and umbrella for the day. The beach is only 500 steps away and it is beautiful. The sand is soft and the waves are gentle. I will absolutely go back to San Vincenzo and stay at Miio hotel again.

Bathroom can have some refreshment. New shower head. A touch of design.

The staff were so nice and helpful. We even got a list of recommended restaurants. The structure was well kept and clean! The room also !! It was modest but perfect for what we looked for. Comfortable bed, quiet, well occupied and organised. The location is central, not first line to the beach but a walk distance in a really quiet and authentic neighbourhood. Breakfast was good and variant. Value for money . Highly recommend.

The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the waterfront and town centre. Parking on the street was easy. Good size room, great shower, and a super breakfast on the terrace. The hotel team were very friendly.

There is not too much noise insulation in the rooms. In my case I woke up at 5am because a guest in an adjacent room.

The shower is very small (not made for big people). The towels could be changed more often, espacially if you stay there for a whole week (was changed once). There is no parking space for the hotel guests only. If you are unlucky you will have to drive around and find a parking lot for your car.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the center and it only takes 3 minutes to reach the beach. The breakfast is very nice and we had a room with a very big balcony. It has an airconditioner and minibar in the room.

The only thing was that the bathroom was very small.

The breakfasts were varied, there was no shortage of fruit, which my friend and I welcomed, the private beach was very cool and clean. The owner took good care of us, he gave us recommendations for trips, restaurants :-) We definitely recommend this place to visit. Lovely place.

The beach facilities did not include a toilet although there was one in the cafe on the adjoining beach. The cost of the hire of beach facilities is not always included in the rate.

Lovely breakfast with a good selection of different local specialities to try. Particularly liked the Blue Honey. Staff very friendly and keen to give recommendations. Breakfast could be eaten inside or in the garden. Short walk to the private beach run by the hotel. Although the hotel did not have dedicated parking there were plenty of spaces available in the road.

From the photos, I thought the property was right on the beach but that was my mistake. I realize now that I misunderstood the info on the Booking page. The hotel is located a very short walk to the beach and the centro (5-8 minutes!) via a very short underpass.

I was very pleased with my stay at MIIO Hotel. The staff were particularly wonderful - helpful, friendly, and available. My trip was a bit early in the season so not all of the summer activities were available yet but the hotel was able to set up a lovely 2 hour boat ride to Golfo di Baratti for me. As a solo traveler, I felt 100% comfortable at this hotel. This was my first visit to San Vicenzo and I plan to return!

Shower in very small-narrow and it may be a problem for men or bigger persons. There is extra payment of 15€ for late check in (we arrived at 10 pm).

Nice hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Parking is possible on the street next to the hotel. Room was cosy, but bathroom (shower) is very small.
