Hotel is definately not Mignon, very run down. It is in a very bleaked part of town, above a post office. Inside a building that is very run down. Parking is complicated and confusing in Rapello . For the price i was expecting a little bit more , we had a bed and a sofa bed . Noisy with traffic during the night .

The bathroom was very difficult to use. The toilet seat did not stay up so if you need to use the bathroom you have to use an extra hand to hold the toilet seat up. Of course if you sit on the toilet, the toilet seat is pressed up against your back. This is not very hygienic. The bed was very uncomfortable as it was two single beds together

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was relatively convenient.

I didn't mind because I had no expectations, but: noisy neighbors, cramped shower, no internet and luckily there was a ceiling fan, but only after I asked did I get the remote for it and it doesn't work together with the lights. To me the value-for-money was not fair, but I'm Dutch and it's just an expensive area.

I expected the worst after reading the reviews, so for me it was better than expected! It is an expensive area, so I didn't have much choice and in the end I just need a place to sleep (I was out hiking all day) so it was fine. Location is fine too. The staff was very friendly.

Sadly the fan was SUPER loud so we had to turn it off when we wanted to sleep. Due to the central location it was very noisy at night.

The staff at the desk were excellent and the outside terrace areas was very cute.

The room was not the cleanest. There was no aircondition, but a fan. The bathroom is quite small and you only have a curtain for the shower which makes the whole bathroom wet, while showering.

The staff was great and the location was next to the main street.

There was no air con in the room, just a fan and it was unbearably hot. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and got bitten by mosquitoes. There was only one pillow on the bed which also seemed very very old. There was also no WiFi in the rooms, only in the main reception. This was all noted in the information during book though.

It was in a good location, everything was just a short walking distance away. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and I really appreciated them! The room was cleaned daily and beds were made daily too. It had everything we needed during our time there, except a mini fridge and air con.

the bathroom was quite small, could hardly turn around in the shower! the windows do not open, they only crack open, so the room gets very hot and stuffy. the fan and lights do not work at the same time, so we had to be in the dark when we needed the fan on.

The location was great, close to the train station and also to the beach. The girl at the reception was very and nice and friendly. She gave us some recommendations on what to visit, where to eat Even though the room was a bit small, it was great for the price range. It's really a great place to stay at if you're on a budget.

Not to far from the beach. Parking spots direct outside of the hotel and with a special card possible to park for 24h. Room and bathroom were all good. It was an emergency last second stay, so we were happy to found something
