I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were impressively large, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast – the cup of coffee was especially nice to start the day. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! We loved having a small balcony and lots of room space with a lovely view. There was coffee in the room and complimentary breakfast which was great. Jenny made our stay fantastic! Upon arrival my partner realised he had left his passport behind on the plane. Jenny went above and beyond to assist us anyway she could and was very friendly and professional.

The elevator in the building was too small and old.

The property was newly furnished, clean, great staff, huge modern bathrooms and a great loaction with the US Embassy located opposite to it and major 5 star hotels around. Great location and walking distance to major tourist attractions.

The staff , they were all superb! Very comfortable. Locations was out of way for sightseeing, but staff , especially Tita, was so helpful and extremely nice and professional. With stairs and small elevator, we had difficulty getting our large bags up and into our room. Maybe gave a ramp available. We liked light breakfast .

There were flies/mosquitoes in the room . That’s the only thing I didn’t like but the staff tried to provide insecticide. Although it didn’t help. Asides from that, very lovely stay

It was in good condition. Location was secure as it’s close to the US embassy. Loved the experience with the staff and the breakfast in the morning. The property is also within good walking distance and close to bus stations. I recommend 100%

The beds were a little hard but nothing to cry over. & the elevator was being worked on when we decided to drop our luggage off so my husband had to carry our very heavy bags up so many flights of stairs. It was fixed the same day though but just an inconvenience.

This suite was so beautiful and well decorated. The receptionist was very nice and helpful by attempting to help my husband with our bags when the service elevator was out but they were TOO heavy. My favorite part was the balcony and window in the suite. Migliori had so much character and it was so nice to walk out to a balcony with a cool little view. The bathroom was beautiful as well and perfect for my getting ready videos. If you are thinking about it, JUST BOOK IT!!

Located in a nice street, you can feel very safety. It's a beautiful room, much more than expection. Modern and elegant decorations inside the room. The room is very big, clean, and everything is well organized. We had good rest here. The outside view is also beautiful, especially during the sunset time. The lady in the property is very nice and helpful, she give us all the information we wanted. The experience here is wonderful, if come to Roma, it should be one of best rooms to stay.

Location was very good as a short walk from Villa Borghese and Plaza Barberini and easy links to other places with a good choice of restaurants and a supermarket. Room was spacious, exactly like the pictures with lots of light and everything worked really well e.g. shower. Light breakfast was a nice touch and we received lots of useful suggestions re vegetarian food options.

We're travelling with our dog and I need to mention Tita from the reception, she went extra mile to secure we have everything we needed regarding all the arrangements :) and we really appreciate all her help. Breakfast area was a nice surprise as well.

The breakfast was perfect for us - as we are not huge breakfast people and would take a pastry and some juice with us as we left for the day. But if you need a huge selection and buffet for breakfast - then this is not it. They do offer numerous juices GREAT coffee, cereal, and pastries! For us it was perfect.

The room was simply gorgeous - soo spacious exceptionally clean and truly 5 stars! It was luxury and the bed the best we had across our 4 weeks in Italy! The location was good - easy to get busses everywhere or walk! The suites are super close to many beautiful restaurants and the lady that welcomed us was delightful. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Oh and the view from our room across Rome was perfect!

Hard to find fault with anything

Lovely spacious apartment that was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped had coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, towels, toiletries, water provided on arrival. Clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The staff members we met (Jennifer & Alessia) were super helpful and friendly. Wifi worked and small breakfast laid out in the mornings although there was also a small supermarket located next door. Very quiet safe neighbourhood.
