The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool in a beautiful park to enjoy at night. It is located not far from the train station to see attractions like Naples, Vesuvio, and Pompei. Thank you

A little run down in places but otherwise beautiful.

Stunning hotel and super friendly welcome from lady at reception. Hotel is a little run down in places but if you can look past that it is the most stunning building, perfect location for exploring herculaium, pompeii and vesuvius.

We had 2 rooms and both showers leaked. Room tea and coffee making facilities would be a nice addition.

After a hot day in Naples, the pool is excellent. Breakfast is lovely. About 3 blocks towards Herculaneum is a very tasty family run pizza restaurant. Staff were polite and helpful.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, and the temperature was mid-30s. Staff were helpful in setting up a portable air conditioner, but it did not last the night, so our sleeps were not as good as if we'd had air conditioning, or the weather had been cooler. I don't imagine this is an ongoing issue, though.

Our room was spacious and bright, with a view out to the sea from the west window and a very large terrace off of glass doors on the south side. The hotel is in an 18th century villa, with extensive grounds, worthy of a stroll. The breakfast buffet is included with the room and has quite a good selection of items. You can sit indoors or outside in the courtyard, and it's a nice start to the day. The location is a short walk to the excavation site and to shops and restaurants. We ended up with an unallocated day, so spent several hours in the courtyard reading or at the pool, swimming, reading and just having a "down day" and enjoying the ambience and amenities of the hotel. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. We were originally planning on taking the train from Pompeii to visit the excavation, but I spotted this hotel, and wanted to stay here, so we split our accommodation between Pompeii and Ercolano. It was worth relocating for, and a walkable distance from the train station.

Restaurant none existent we didn’t find a menu o even a bar, faded luxury and the bathroom smelt of drains. It had a safe and whirlpool bath but neither worked. Breakfast great on first day but tailed off as the week went on possibly due to very few people staying.

Well placed for visiting Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Pompei. Local bars and restaurants good value and local dishes

Good location close to Herculaneum and local restaurants which were food value for money. Hotel was clean and reasonably prices. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

It was a very goos location and big free parking place. Room and bathroom was very big. Very kindly and helpfull staff.

The outdoor area was quite disappointing. The space is in need of lots of tlc. The surrounding Ercolano area was also awash with rubbish. The restaurants near the hotel were quite nice and we enjoyed eating there. However, I would not recommend this area to a young couple or a young family.

Cleanliness was of concern. The room was in need of repair as were the furnishings.eg broken lamps with exposed wires. Floors needed scrubbing. It is obvious the hotel needs renovation.Unfortunately the area in which it is situated did not feel safe for two females to walk around in. Rather worrying when we needed to go out for dinner

Air conditioning did not work, the pool was out of order and overall place looked run down.

The view from our balcony was spectacular. The evening pizza was delicious and the staff were incredibly nice. The gardens behind the property are beautiful shame none of the fountains were working.
