The fridge didn’t work too well, but everything else met or exceeded any expectations we had!

Brilliant and friendly staff who showed so much kindness, care and consideration. Everyone I talked to in person, on the phone or through messages were so lovely and couldn’t have been any more kinder and helpful! As we were arriving after check in times, the staff sent us perfect instructions on where the building and room was located, what code to use, and where to find the key to open the room. Mia Suites gave written instructions and photos to show us- really appreciated this! Mia Suites was a lovely hidden gem located in great proximity to some of the local attractions, and within a reasonable walking distance! Clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price for a family of four at peak times in summer! The lift was one of my favourite things- cute and quirky! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome! Thank you!

The blanket are poor quality, the AC system was bad - very cold and noisy. The PIN send when I book the property does not work, actually we use keys not system with PiN for access.

The entrance is not the best and it’s a little confusing with one desk dealing with a few apartments. Mia Suites is on the 2nd floor. Up the stairs or the lift which was as old as the building

Our room was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed was comfy and clean. We had a fridge to store our drinks. The shower was amazing and we had plenty of towels. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very basic, boiled egg, ham, cheese, bread and cereal but the kids liked the croissants. The fresh coffee was delicious and it was a good start to the day. The location is fantastic with the Spanish steps one way and the trevi fountain the other way.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the persistent smell of sewage in the hotel, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, during our three-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once, which affected the overall comfort of our visit.

Room is spacious for family of 3, it is clean and comfortable. All the staff are good, nice breakfast. Location of the hotel is near to all the places to in tome. Transportation is very near.

Beds are cheap, smaller beds creaked every time someone moved and were not very comfortable for anyone other than a very small body. Everything else is so nice would recommend making this important part of the offering more comfortable for happier customers

Too much noise of machines from outside during the night which disturb you from sleeping.

Very poor breakfast, hot water was not available all the times. There was no sitting in common area in the reception to wait for my taxi. Elevator was old, and needed special handling, that some guests did not follow and as a result, ie the elevator, was on 2nd floor and could come down, as the doors were not properly closed, by previous passengers. So we had to go up, by the stairs.

Having stayed there on previous occasions I liked the fact there was someone on the desk 24 hours a day for me it has lost a bit of ambiance we had before we only saw the cleaners there was someone on duty down in the lobby and were very helpful

We didn't know the office was on the main floor by the building entrance, so we walked right past it up to our room, and didn't know how to get in. Once we sorted that out, everything was great!

The staff was extremely helpful in all respects! We were very comfortable in our room, and it was very clean. The best part was the location: close to literally everything in Rome!

The building work immediately above our room with hammering and drills from 8am but which was resolved by the Receptionist (see above comment)

I liked the location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and in particular the man in reception who contacted the developer who was working on the floor above us and due to the noise, he persuaded them the continue their building work in a different part of the building even though the developer was, under planning regulations, allowed to continue without disruption from third parties, including the receptionist in Mia Suites. Well ✔️ 👍

They gave us a better accommodation. They original property have problems from the previous tenants and we were given another location a block away.
