The only downside was the strong smell of cleaning products in the room, which lasted almost the whole evening. Perhaps products with a more neutral scent would be a better option.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a good option for a short stay in Cagliari. Special thanks for the free snacks and drinks – that was a very nice touch.

The room was spotless and had everything needed. The communication with the owner was excellent and immediate, and they were very kind to accommodate my requests. It was very convenient both to transport (train and ferry) as well as the touristic parts of the city. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Incredible stay. Location is perfect, just a block down from Cagliari’s buzzing street. Room was great: loved the decor and space was more than enough!!! Also very clean. We travelled with our grandma and being on the ground floor was ideal.

Excellent stay in Cagliari. The accommodation is super clean and comfortable, nice touch to have some croissants, biscuits, water and even beer and prosecco. Everything was so smooth, clear communication about check-in, check-out and even some extra info about the Low Traffic Zone rules. The location is fantastic, 2 mins from central area with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, there is a simple conclusion: no need to look anywhere when staying in Cagliari

Excellent location, in the heart of the city. Although in the center it is still very quiet. Parking available for 10 eur but if not high season you can find parking space nearby. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable, the place was really clean and nice towels and bad sheets. Our host Antonio was extremely nice and very responsive. Gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants! Recommend!

The only downside was that the air felt a bit stiff, likely due to the unit being on the ground floor with limited ventilation. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to consider if you’re particularly sensitive to air quality. That said, with a bit of airing out, it was manageable. An immaculate clean and beautiful B&B located in a residential block a few minutes away from the train station. The Staff gave us easy instructions and were always prompt to answer our questions. They gave us the room at no extra cost 3 hrs before check in which was so appreciated. Water, coffee, biscuits, jams, beer and prosecco where also supplied and replaced daily free of charge. Cleaning of the room was also carried out every day. From now on it will always be our place to stay when visiting Cagliari.

I didn’t like the roller shutters over the window. They were electric and could fail in an emergency.

Maybe if you were staying for more than a few days the space was small - its more of a room than an 'apartment' (as the name suggests!)- but really nothing to dislike at all

Great location, short walk to train station. Great communication with hosts. A short walk to restaurants and bars. The room was spotlessly clean and modern, really comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower! Good secure access to the set of apartments. We were really happy with our choice for an overnight stay.

Being a ground floor, perhaps the view is not the best and it is not safe to leave the windows open. However, the air conditioning works very well.

Easy to find and very close to the train and bus station. Very nicely decorated, very clean and new. The view is not the best, but it is very comfortable. There is a small selection of pastries for breakfast and a coffee machine. Recommended if you arrive late and leave early like us. :)

The walls are too thin. At the profile they wrote " sound proff walls" and that is not true at all, if people have problem with noise they will find her to sleep.

I wish they'd charge the city tax when you make the reservation. Just like the rest of the hotels we stayed at. We didn't have 3 euros cash and had to find a place to make change because they want it in cash in the room.

Liked the area, and the room was very big and quiet.

I think disinfectant spray should be used to properly wipe down surfaces especially the bathroom.
