We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean and spacious room with a nice seating area on the enclosed balcony with a dining table, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Lots of snacks and drinks provided free of charge. Pier was very friendly and accommodating . He answered any texts and inquiries promptly. Very close to the train station and to restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Great location a minute away from the train station, but around 20 blocks from the historic center. Large room with separate kitchen. Nice to have coffee, tea, juice, water and crackers and biscuits as well as yogurt available in the kitchen when first arriving.

BrazilI ended up choosing the wrong room which made my stay uncomfortable. The room was dusty. Visibly on the furniture. I rented the property with the air conditioning available. However, I was informed that I could not turn it on because it was already the coldest period (average temperature of 20 degrees). Normally, I believe that the person who should decide whether to use it or not is the customer. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open. This situation made us uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. It was not cleaned properly.
The breakfast was very good as promised. The towels were spotless. Pier was an excellent host.

United StatesItalians don't understand breakfast; it's a cultural thing. When you can't get either cereal or eggs or bacon, or even cheese and cold cuts, it ain't breakfast. This B&B is hardly unique in that respect, but just be prepared to go out if you want an actual breakfast. The main challenge in our brief stay was returning to the B&B to pick up our stored luggage. Pier offers that service to his guests, but the rooms are in a high-rise building that you can enter only when someone inside buzzes the main door on the street to open. We were unable to reach him on WhatsApp (that's how he wants to be contacted) when we came to collect our bags. Fortunately, another person was able to give us access, but the experience was stressful. Pier needs a better solution.
Just a block from the main rail station in Bari, this is an ideal location. The host, Pier, is very friendly and thorough. The room is exquisitely designed for both eco-friendly and artsy guests (of which we are neither), more so in fact than any other place I've ever stayed at. Some of the appliances and decorations are beyond original and clever. Guests who want that sort of thing will not likely be disappointed in the least. For us, it was educational and a bit amusing. On a more practical note, the bed is very comfortable, the A/C very efficient, and the complimentary snacks and drinks are abundant and varied.

Bed and breakfast next to the train station. Quiet room overlooking a parking lot (the rooms overlooking the garden are probably noiser). Decent breakfast served in the room from 7:30. Coffee machine and electric tea pot with coffee and tea.

This B&B is 5mins walk from Bari central Station and we had a late flight to there and just wanted somewhere near the station so we could get the early train to Matera. the owner was very helpful with train time ect. The break was adequate and there were hot pastries left outside our door for us.

United KingdomBecause all staff interactions were remote, the hotel didn't have a personality per se, but I was just looking for something easy for one night and this did just that.
My flight arrived at midnight and I just needed a room for one night in Bari before driving to Ostuni the next day. Room just as advertised, nothing more or less. Clean, centrally located and quiet with AC and a comfy bed. Check-in all done remote (no front desk staff), and very responsive on Whatsapp, even after midnight. Self-service breakfast available in the room on the balcony with fridge, kettle, coffee maker etc. Paid parking garage one block away, and hotel was centrally located. Ability to do paid locked luggage storage around the corner from the hotel.
