Very central location and good for parking. Our family room was a very good size and the children had a gift on their beds which was lovely. We only had a quick stay and didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast. Would definitely stay again

1. Breakfast 2. On check out, the manager wanted to charge me tips of 10 euro a day on top of the city tax without asking. After my queries, he said it was voluntary....of course I rejected. 3. Toilet exhaust fan was not working

The reception asked for credit card guaranty for city tax and they told me we will not charge your card any amount and you can pay in cash while checking out , during check out I paid it in cash then I discover that they charged my credit card 60€ for the same reason then they ask me to pay 22.5€ as a tip for the staff !!!!!! That never happened to me in any hotel

Hotel is nice but a little dated. It needs modernized. Didn’t opt for breakfast as it was an additional €18 per day.

The service was top. I was upgraded as The Lucky Guest Everything was smooth and I enjoyed my stay. The reseptionist even went to the room to explain everthing and provide all information about the room and mini bar.

Have no complaints just bring a U.S adapter to charge your phones

Property speaks great English and many other including Spanish . Its a 5min walk to train station which is even better and it has many hidden gem restaurants nearby!!

They are in a great location - very close to restaurants and cafes - and railway station. It was very hot in Rome when we stayed there but both the lobby and our room were beautifully cool. We really enjoyed our stay theremand wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Location of hotel was excellent - handy for station, Roman forum, colloseum and Spanish Steps. Room was very spacious with comfy beds. Highlight was the staff who could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. We got an unexpected early check in and staff organised some gifts for our kids (sunglasses, nighties and hats) to be placed in the room (they even got the correct sizes for their ages!) Absolutely first class service from everyone we met.

Absolutely NO water pressure in the showers (2 rooms). Was it because we were on the 6th floor, I don’t know. Sad because else, the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast absolutely not worth it.

The property is fantastic yet a bit remote from the hyper-center. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.

The water was cold so we couldn’t put the kids in the bath. It was a quick shower, but because it was so hot outside the cold water was refreshing but should not be having a cold shower in a 4 star hotel!

The location was good and the lobby and bar area was lovely. One night they had a very good singer on which was refreshing and relaxing after a long very hot day of sight seeing. Very big and spacious lobby compared to other hotels in Rome.

The air conditioner took about 16-18 hrs to cool the room down to a comfortable temp. No iron or iron board in the room and they apparently do not give one out, we received a steamer instead and were given a timelimit of 1 hr to return it. In the description at the time of booking it said that this room has a Landmark view, but got a room with a view of antennas, but it was on me that I did not ask for a room change, was too exhausted on arrival and just wanted to crash.

all the staff at the front desk was very helpful and quick with responses to all my questions, requests for taxi. The Junior suite was a very good size considering that this was very centrally located in Rome. The bed was a good size, larger than a Cal King (US) and was very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted out, great amenities in the room. was easy to separate workspace from sleeping space due to ample space between bed and sofa bed. I also liked that I could open the windows and it was not very noisy, at least in the mornings. the closet was near the entrance and was like its own changing area. the coffee tea station and the complimentary water and sparkling water was much appreciated in the Roman summer.
