Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Highlight was the staff who could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. We got an unexpected early check in and staff organised some gifts for our kids (sunglasses, nighties and hats) to be placed in the room (they even got the correct sizes for their ages!) Absolutely first class service from everyone we met.

United KingdomThe water was cold so we couldn’t put the kids in the bath. It was a quick shower, but because it was so hot outside the cold water was refreshing but should not be having a cold shower in a 4 star hotel!
The location was good and the lobby and bar area was lovely. One night they had a very good singer on which was refreshing and relaxing after a long very hot day of sight seeing. Very big and spacious lobby compared to other hotels in Rome.

United StatesThe air conditioner took about 16-18 hrs to cool the room down to a comfortable temp. No iron or iron board in the room and they apparently do not give one out, we received a steamer instead and were given a timelimit of 1 hr to return it. In the description at the time of booking it said that this room has a Landmark view, but got a room with a view of antennas, but it was on me that I did not ask for a room change, was too exhausted on arrival and just wanted to crash.
all the staff at the front desk was very helpful and quick with responses to all my questions, requests for taxi. The Junior suite was a very good size considering that this was very centrally located in Rome. The bed was a good size, larger than a Cal King (US) and was very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted out, great amenities in the room. was easy to separate workspace from sleeping space due to ample space between bed and sofa bed. I also liked that I could open the windows and it was not very noisy, at least in the mornings. the closet was near the entrance and was like its own changing area. the coffee tea station and the complimentary water and sparkling water was much appreciated in the Roman summer.
