Breakfast was ok but just ok 5/10. Coffe at the lobby was terrible but the one at restaurant was perfect. Swimming pool is at least funny, it's small and next to the parking so just forget it.

Very polite stuff especially at the front desk. Clean rooms with cute little terrace. Quiet place even though it's located at the main street. Climatizarion was very good. Parking at the hotel.

I booked a room with a sea view and in reality the room had a partial sea view, you could see it partially from the balcony. I asked to reception, answer: only superior room has a direct sea view . I don't think it's correct. I'v neen in this hotel for years but this time the dinner, payed always 20 euros, the first and the second days the buffet wasn't offered as an appetizer. Instead , on the first day, only 1 appetizer; bresaola with arugula and grana and the second day only vegetables. Third and fourth day classic buffet like the other years. I think the price for the first 2 days should have been lowered without the buffet. The walls ares so thin you can hear people talking in other rooms

The hotel is by the sea. The rooms are clean, have a balcony. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of parking. There are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Room inventory (night tables, closet, windows),everythig was a little bit dusty. Also bathroom need better maintenance.

The room has to be renovated, it smells with mold and old furniture, they said it’s because of the bathroom, but it is not, there was no smell in the bathroom. The soundproofing is absent. I was hearing all the alarms of all the other guests nearby, so I used earplugs and only with them I could sleep, but the last morning was awful, the staff started doing something in their room which was in front of mine, it was tooooooo noisy (like never before)…

The hotel is situated opposite the beach and is not too far away from the busy area which we preferred. There are plenty of electric bikes and scooters to hop on and off if you do not want to walk the promenade. The beds were comfortable and to our liking. The room was fine not ultra modern but it was still good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights all good

The room was quite small for 4 persons, not enough space for luggage. The bathroom is quite small, no shelves to put your toiletry stuffs. No electric socket to plug in (e.g. shaving device, e-toothbrush). The towels were gray, not white.

Excellent location, just 20-25 minutes walk to city center or take a bus just in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room daily, good breakfast. The beach just a walking distance from the hotel. Balcony with sea view. Parking space available in the hotel premises.

During my stay, I noticed rust in the shower in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel informed me only three hours before my arrival that parking would incur an extra charge. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful, others were less accommodating. On a positive note, the price for the stay was reasonable.

Only a minor disappointment was the fact that the pool shut for the last 4 days of our stay due to it being the end of season and we had not been told so beforehand. It did not stop our enjoyment of our stay here though

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent but the biggest factor of our enjoyment of our stay was the extremely friendly staff, they could not do enough for us. From the guys on reception down to the cleaners they were fantastic, we will definitely stop at The Metropole the next time we stay at Rimini.

Staff attitude was very bad especially restaurant and cleaning staff. We had 2 rooms and the room for our kids had next door Guests that were smoking illegal substances which it was leaking to their room - we requested change of room or sort the problem out but staff overlooked the issue. Breakfast was very unhealthy and was dominated by cakes and sweet treats, tables were reserved for people who would have lunch and dinner at the hotel, and if you didn’t have lunch and dinner, there was only a limited number of tables you could sit at. Our beddings were never changed during our whole duration of 7 days and the first day we entered there was a filled ashtray and a half drunken bottle of water in the mini bar which wasn’t even working.

Swimming pool is not heated, but the temperature is not too cold.

Hotel is in the first row on the beach, next to mini markets, shops and restaurants. It is near to the city centre, which you can easily reach by bike or bus. Hotel is clean and comfortable, if offers good breakfast in the dining room overlooking the sea. Stuff is very accommodating and nice and ready to help. Swimming pool is nice, some chairs are available but not many. Next to the hotel is parking place for 10 EUR per day. Chairs and umbrella on the beach are 20 EUR per day. Comfortable stay next to the beach, good value for the price.
