I booked a 22m2 double room. They gave me one very small and not in good shape. I asked in the reception and the staff was able make it possible for me to move !

Very small room. Floor only carpet and rugs, didn’t feel clean to walk without shoes. The staff kinda rude. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the room, you need to ask reception first and its the same temperature for everyone you can’t change it. We went to ask at night for air conditioning and the staff just told us to leave and ask in the morning when we got there at 7 pm?

The room was dirty but the point of concern was they gave us a room completely different to what I had booked. I actually booked a room which had 2 rooms with an AC but they said they don’t have AC and only a cooler and they gave us a separate room which was very conjusted for 3 people. One of the worst stays for sure.

The room was very tight and uncomfortable, outdated and not as inviting,. The bathroom and shower were all one room and when you showered everything got wet. The "canal view" was essentially the street view. Overall the charm you see in the pictures is not the charm you see in person, it's quite dingy. The price didn't warrant the experience.

The AC is a general adjustment by the house and only can be changed by the hotel. Additional to that it doesn't really work well. I expected a lot more for a 3-4 star hotel.

The location is pretty and calm far away from the crazy tourist paths.

Very dilapidated and old hotel. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted manually—you have to go to the front desk to request someone to change the settings, but the desk is in another building. If you need to adjust it at night, it's practically impossible. The wardrobe was placed so high that I had to stand on a chair just to reach it and hang my dress. I couldn't even judge the condition of the carpet, and all the furniture looked either old or dirty. My friend’s room was extremely small. This hotel isn't worth even one star.

The area was nice to walk in the evening.

The room was very small, with aircon that didn't work properly, the beds were not very comfortable, and the room itself was very tired and in need of some maintenance it was a bit stuffy, and the shower head kept falling off.

The location is nice, away from the busy tourist spots, and in a quiet neighbourhood. easy enough to get to from the ferry - just it's a bit of a walk if you have heavy bags but can be reached by the main outer bridges which all have ramps.

room was incredibly small and quite damp. the air conditioning unit was on all night- no manual device was apparent for turning it off. I arrived early (one hour before standard check in time) and was kindly taken to a room- this however proved to be in an Annex to the hotel and was a quite delapidated building. I have never been in such a small double room, and the en suite was difficult to move in- no place in the shower to rest a shampoo on, and the shower flooded into the toilet area despite my best efforts with the shower curtain. I was only in Venice for under 24 hours so the status of the room was not that important for me but if some one were to be making a holiday plan I would not advise this room in the hotel annex. It was a very cheap room so be aware that you get what you pay for! Strategically it may be a bad idea to try to check in early! With my limited time in Venice I had no option.

The location is good- close to all the sites of dorsoduro. The man on the desk was helpful.

The heater was warm as hell and was no way to regulate it. Beds are not confortable, small and not the cleanest place I ever been (I mean, it wasn't the dirtiest neither)

Is a "cheap" hotel (for venice standards) and you recieve what you pay for. So no expect much of it so you will not get disappointed. The people in the hotel were nice (also... Venice standards)

The door for our room was broken and you could clearly see outside , there was a hair on the toilet seat , the shower was tiny and the room looked similar to the photo but run down , it didn’t smell great .ive stayed at this hotel before and the room in the main building was lovely , this time i paid for a deluxe room and it was a run down room with a broken door I was not impressed it was only for one night so I just dealt with it .I did not feel safe with the door and had to wedge something up against it

Shower was a bit broken, I paid for a balcony with a view and didn’t get one. It was also quite cold And no heating.
