Breakfast was ok but there could have been more variety and better quality, the room mini bar was empty and no room facilities to make a hot drink we couldnt sit on the balcony looking out to the sea.

The view from our room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable bed. Quiet location, walking distance to an amazibg beach. Lovely note in our room on arrival and receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Not connected to the hotel at all, but if you want to visit the close village Sant Antioco it did not meet my expectation to a pittoresk and cozy village. The recommended restaurant Sunda Manne did not provide good service.

Super service and very friendly owners and staff. Calm and nice ambiance. Clean an nice rooms with chairs and table at the terrace. Very welcoming and private feeling. Small pool area with service for drinks and light meal/snacks. Close to the beach.

Reception is open till 20.00 and if you need something after that time it's hard to get it. There were no glasses in the room and we came back after 8 and struggled with our bottle of wine, as there were no glasses. Also, the bottle opener would benefit the room, as well, few additional hooks are needed in the bathroom, as you get 4 towels, but only 2 hooks. Don't get me wrong we absolutely loved the place, it's just a few bits to improve on and make it perfect 👌

Location is perfect. It's quiet and close to all the amenities. Place is newly decorated, big new shower, which is rare in the region. Nice terrace, and private parking. Very comfortable bed.

It is a family business so everyone is extra thoughtful with guests. Rooms are super comfortable and the view is magnificent.

The bottom of the pool had a not very tight fitting lining. It made it feel a little flimsy. That said, we loved and used the pool a lot. We also did not have a chair in our room for the desk.

It was a modest place but even so, had a very friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful family that were the proprietors, very good breakfast and a nice pool and pool deck area for hanging out. The beaches were close, a village beach and two more naturalistic beaches, all lovely. Easy to get to nice restaurants in the next town over, Sant'Antioco, but also perfectly great food in the village. We like a bit of luxury when we travel so this place, though not high on luxury, was actually very comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Hotel room fell a bit short of expectations (limited furniture in the room: e.g., no chair, limited countertop place for amenities in bathroom, etc.). Swimming pool smaller than expected and not built up to highest standards.

Staff attentive to the kids (offered to prepare popcorn for them, made umbrella available to go to the beach, etc.) Location at very short walking distance from the beach and from a small restaurant. Fruits at breakfast were very tasty. Easy parking.

The breakfast is a bit of a disappointment. The orange juice is frizzy which may be under the heat for too long.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and she kindly give us the key and show us the room with detailed explaination of what we can do or eat in the area. Very useful tips. The property is around 200m from the beach front. The beach is wonderful with soft white sand and torquoise water in perfect temperature.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated the facilities the hotel offered. With a few small improvements, it could be truly outstanding. A more varied breakfast buffet with wholewheat options, lactose-free products, and a wider selection of yoghurt would be welcome, as well as milk available separately and not only via the coffee machine. Also, ensuring essentials such as toilet paper (with an extra roll) are always stocked, keeping the mini fridge filled or providing a vending machine when reception is closed, and paying attention to small cleaning details such as dust on the headboard or limescale in the shower, would make a noticeable difference.

The building, furniture, and facilities such as the swimming pool appear relatively new and well-kept. The hotel’s location is exceptional, with the beach within walking distance, and free parking on the premises is a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the brochure provided at check-in was very useful.

The room had a broken shower, a broken light inside and the light outside was not working, making it super dark in the night. The “balcony” leads to other rooms bathrooms which ended up with me and my partner seeing a naked butt in plain afternoon, something that could definitely be avoided with a blurry glass or the way the window should be opened.
