The water in the shower was cold. Lay out run for more than 15 minutes and still did not get warm. Very unpleasant after a Sunny day. Room was not available at check-in time, 2pm. It was available at 3pm and we were already tired from our trip.

It's a bit expensive for what you get compared to other hotels in Italy. Facilities need restoration, hotel a bit old.

Bed was broken and slumped. Had to climb over the bed to get to wardrobe. Charge to use extra towels at pool.

Nice pool and pool bar. Unique looking property, adequate rooms. Nice toiletries, good breakfast. They accommodated requests such as adjoining rooms etc. daily housekeeping. Despite broken bed frame, mattress was nice.

The room was lovely, spacious, pleasantly scented, and the bathroom was very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. However, the room was not very well soundproofed, so some noise from outside could be heard. The service was excellent, and the food was both delicious and hygienic. The swimming pool was a bit small, but the poolside bar was great, offering a wide variety of drinks with good service. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The auquagym was 3 times a day for half an hour long with loud music.

The welcoming greeting that I did not receive from front of house. Was initially told that our room was not ready as I opted to pay at the property and I if I had paid prior to turning up the room would have been ready ! Noted that booking.com gave me the options and no inference that room may not be ready . All above told to me with a smug attitude.. so far from happy !

we weren't told about the towels for the pool and that we would get charged for them. we thought we had to hand them in every day?? .also, we didn't have breakfast included, which was fine, but I had to ask for a kettle and accessories. and we had 2 bottles of STILL WATER FROM THE FRIDGE, and on check out, I was charged for the mini Bar?? I thought the water was free on arrival??

The Location was fantastic and so were the facilities.

The fact you had to pay extra to use the indoor pool was a shame. Luckily the weather was good so I used the outdoor one.

The breakfast food was very nice the display looked lovely but sitting in the centre of the Hotel felt very impersonal the space is too big and sterile. I came in May so maybe it feels different when there are more guests. but there could be a few big trees in there.

Our room was absolutely awful. Very old room, the walls had very big craks in them, the curtains were ripped apart. We have requested a pool view and they have said they will acomodare that however when we got there they gave an awful view and not a pool viwe. When we got there it was an 1h awaiting time to check in (they forgot about us). We didn't mind that much about the view however the room was absolutely awful.

The breakfast was very good. The pool area was nice.

poor coffee, no kettle in the room, place could use a deep clean as daily room clean isn't too great. room had scuffed walls, lightbulb was missing, stray cat (seems to be living there, sleeping on the bench and drinking water from the pool)

Very nice breakfast. Excellent location to explore the beauties of Costa Esmeralda if you have a car.

The hotel felt a bit tired with chips and stains throughout. For the price paid and four star rating I would have expected better. Breakfast was forgettable.

The location was really great offering parking and then only a short walk into the main town centre!
