How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I was met by the owner/host who was extremely helpful in getting me to the location (don't rely on Google maps as it will not take you to the correct entrance) and then (after helping me to take my baggage to the apartment) took me to the conveniently located secure parking area. He also provided restaurant details etc and overall was always contactable. The apartment was very well located close (3 minute walk) to the old town and Lama Monachile Beach and was for me the perfect location in Polignano.

We had very a good 2 night stay in this wonderful apartment. We had some small problems with electricity and key, but the host fixed them without any problem or delay. Apartment is in great location, very good beds, clean, quite big ( i did not expect it it to be this big) and quite modern. You have everything you need inside for a good stay. Host arranged private parking and even helped us with luggage and taking our car there. Overall, amazing experience! Would recommend 100%! 10/10!

The bathroom is modern and spacious but the shower was a bit tricky to use.
The property was clean, comfortable, bright and spacious with a number of balconies. The location was fantastic as it is located in a quiet street around the corner from the old town and main beach. Alessandro was very helpful and hospitable.

Property is advertised as beachfront but you can’t see the water from the property.
The property was clean and spacious. The living room can be converted to a third bedroom with a door so you don’t have to sleep in a room that people walk through. It is a half a block to the beach. Beautiful town. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this apartment. It was very clean and spacious, with a balcony in every room, which was a great bonus. The apartment is located on the second floor of a secure, gated building, ensuring a sense of safety. The proximity to the city center was ideal, and the private parking was available for €10 per night, which was very convenient. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Location and the appartment's equipment was beyond expectations. There are three terraces and in fact it is in the downtown. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you Alessandro!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the centre of beautiful Polignano a Mare. The hosts are wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. Alessandro organised a boat trip for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant close by for our arrival night.

This was a lovely well maintained apartment with everything working. It was immaculately clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves situated barely a moments walk from the centre of the beautiful town and the beaches. What made the difference with this accomodation was how generous and accommodating the host was. Alessandro was the most helpful, friendly and hospitable host, starting as soon as we made the booking, assisting us with choosing restaurants and activities, making fabulous restaurant recommendations and we felt we were treated as old friends. It made the whole trip that extra special and Polignano a Mare a stand out destination to begin our exploration of Puglia.

Amazing location, host and facilities! The house and all the appliances are brand new and we felt at home! Alessandro is a great host with a great attitude and availability to help! In the very center of Polignano so everything is at hand and also the beaches are very close.

The host Alessandro and Stefania were great and made us feel at home.We stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment was very spacious and very clean. Perfect location and walking distance from the main area. Alot of amenities in the room along with local food /drink and also information of all activities to do were provided. Truly a very complete and wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back.
